I love this chocolate shop. They are always really nice and helpful. I like their hot chocolate and chocolate shakes, they also have some of the best chocolates. Check them out if you have never been.
Food is good, staff are very accommodating but they need more spacious place.
Extremely disappointed. While the chocolates are good, customer service and treatment is horrible. I have been a regular customer for over a year. I drove an hour for "truffle Tuesday" (2 for 1). They refused to honor the sale despite the sign on the board right next to me. No excuse other than they were running low on truffles. False advertising is wrong and violates consumer protection laws. No excuse!
Went in because we saw the free sample sign with no intentions of buying anything. I tried the White Tiger fudge and it is, without a doubt, the best fudge I have ever had. I left with two slices of that, a slice of raspberry cheesecake and a slice of maple. I'm already looking into ordering it online so I can get it delivered to me back in Buffalo.
The chocolates are not only beautiful but delicious as well. Customer service was great! The gentleman helped me picked out a great selection and was very friendly.
Definitely a place to go for your bulk candy needs. They have all the popular candy at great prices. Yes they are always busy but the lines move incredibly fast. I really like this place so much to choose from
