Avoid arranging for home delivery with them!
Despite of my concern raised to Challenger staff to shorten waiting time from 6 hours to less than 4 hours, I felt like an idiot waiting for home delivery since 12.00pm. The distance between JEM Jurong East (MRT) to (Boon lay MRT) Jurong West is so near yet far away. To make a matter worse, I can t even leave home for lunch too. Finally the delivery reached my home at 5.35pm. Truly unbelievable!
Their staff is NOT happy with their company, very least bothered service and Timings are NOT communicated.
