Left with a huge electricity bill when we moved back into our home due to their inefficient property management. Not sure what we paid them to do as they told us to contact the tenants ourselves to sort it out. Would not recommend.

Very professional with extensive knowledge of units
Joe is a very professional real estate agent. He arrived at our home with a portfolio of past and present sales of units in the Hornsby area. He had extensive knowledge in the area of units. He worked with us on what pricing we were hoping to achieve with the sale, and how we go about marketing the property. The results were outstanding and the unit was sold within a couple of weeks.

We had very good experience with Chadwick when leasing our property. Kenny Leung from Chadwick Turramurra is very professional and efficient. Friendly but professional
We discovered Noel by simply dropping in to Chadwick's office in Turramurra seeking an answer to a couple of questions about local developments. Noel answered our questions in a friendly but professional manner and we went ahead with the sale of our home unit. At every step of the process Noel kept us advised as to what was happening and sought our approval of the offers made by the potential buyers. Within two weeks the unit was sold. We are very happy with the result.

Highly recommend Doris Huin. Doris provided fantastic service was very fast and efficient. Doris was excellent in accomodating to needs we had when purchasing our property.

Great Agency
We are very happy with their service for managing our rental property. In this difficult financial climate, it is hard to find new tenant. The team is professional and knowledgeable in the local market. They recommended a realistic rent for advertising, then very flexible in changing the advertising to attract inspection. As a result we get a new tenant in a very short period of time. Special credit to Renee for frequent update of the status and the team behind the scene.

These people don't deserve even one star. We employed them as our agents to lease our home. On our return they attributed all damage & neglect to wear & tear. Our wooden floors were absolutely wrecked & the whole house was filthy.
Said that if we took it further the tenant had right to sue us for details of our home that were evident before leasing.
Left us a filthy home because according to them, it wasn't a requirement for the tenant to clean the house before leaving.
Left us with the tenants electricity bill of $628 because according to them it wasn't their problem although they had dealt with it while the house was leased.
