I had called your store to inquire about the Hyundai recall and I found your staff were less than helpful. I spoke to Beth and it seems she didn't like to explain the situation to me. If this is the service you provide to people on the phone I could only imaging the level of server in the store. I had no choice to be call in to inquire.
Went to see new i30 sedan elite variant. Came across sales person marcello with absolute zero knowledge of difference between active and elite variant. Kept on pushing and saying there isnt much difference between 2 variants. We had already seen the elite variant on youtube with full car review so we knew what we were talking about. There are massive differences in both two. When asked does elite has virtual cockpit?? He said NO..only differences are keyless entry , push start button and some sensors. Rest same..all same. Well mate i am attaching interior photo of elite variant..virtual cockit is clearly visible. We went in there to finalise the deal bt with the attitude and lack of knowledge, came out to visit different dealer.
I purchased a new i30 from Chadstone Hyundai and can't thank Lisa enough for all her help with purchasing my car! She was willing to go above and beyond to make sure that I got the best deal and didn't make me feel pressured to make a decision, until I knew that the car was the right fit for me. I'm very happy with the service I received and so excited to finally have a car that has a premium feel and will be very practical for the future.
Service i40 after 26100km. The service advisor was Roger Nagy advise require immediate replacement, worn down to 1mm
$179 . i inspect the brake pads after 30,000km. brake pads still 6mm, not sure how they get 1mm.

This team seems to run a Formula-1 standard service from there. So professional, helpful and friendly and the quality of service is second to none. Thank you, Ian, for making our annual trip to service a very pleasant experience, we felt like you genuinely cared.

Marcello was the guy we dealt with. This guy is so arrogant and proud wasn't bothered helping us at all. Be careful if you take your daughter or wife he makes, he makes weird eye contact with flirty gestures. He comes across as a sleaze, couldn't expect any more from a salesman. Never again setting foot in this dealership.
Was subjected to extremely poor customer service and rude behaviour. After leaving the car for 5 hours at the facility for service, car was returned to me with washers/wipers not working, water dripping from the body of the car, muddy water clogged in cars edges, muddy patches on windshield. When raised these concerns, dealership not at all apologetic and refused to rectify the muddy mess done on the car. On returning home, find even the log book not updated. When called them after returning home with my persisting concerns, they refused to accept any responsibility. Raised my concern through a written email. Acknowledgement of the email said my concerns will be responded to within 3-4 business days. It's been over 2 weeks now. Still no response. When I call back to Hyundai Australia, they say the dealership hasn't responded, as requested. This has been a complete wastage of my time, money and such a damage to my car quality.
