Was subjected to extremely poor customer service and rude behaviour. After leaving the car for 5 hours at the facility for service, car was returned to me with washers/wipers not working, water dripping from the body of the car, muddy water clogged in cars edges, muddy patches on windshield. When raised these concerns, dealership not at all apologetic and refused to rectify the muddy mess done on the car. On returning home, find even the log book not updated. When called them after returning home with my persisting concerns, they refused to accept any responsibility. Raised my concern through a written email. Acknowledgement of the email said my concerns will be responded to within 3-4 business days. It's been over 2 weeks now. Still no response. When I call back to Hyundai Australia, they say the dealership hasn't responded, as requested. This has been a complete wastage of my time, money and such a damage to my car quality.
