I arrived on or about my scheduled appointment. the maintenance coordinator got me checked in and showed me the waiting area and all of the available refreshments and facilities. He provided me updates on the progress and answered a question that I had that was separate from this scheduled service.
the service was completed quickly and professionally. the car was received back freshly washed and with all alerts and warnings cleared.

The facilities are top notch and the customer service excellent.

We welcomed our new 2021 Outback Forester into our family a week ago, and are enjoying getting to know her! She seems to be right at home with us, too.

Just got home from the dealership after purchasing my first ever Subaru. I want to give a special shout out to Peter, as he was my salesman and he was AWESOME! I told him what I wanted and what I was working with and he wasted no time in getting me in a vehicle that was everything I wanted and needed. The process was quick and painless. I've never bought a car so easily in my life. They have great people working for them and some really awesome cars. I didn't expect to be leaving today with a car and i couldn't be happier that I did!

Outstanding dealership. I inquired about a used vehicle, I formed the sales team that I live about two hours away.
Toni and Andy went above and beyond answering my questions and in providing additional details.
My purchase was modest yet all the managers took the time to introduce themselves, treated me like I was buying their top model.
The trip was well worth my time, this will be one of the first places I will look for future purchases.

4.9 only because they didn t have donuts

This dealership is unusual to say the least in that:
-they don t have sales people in the parking lot running you down as soon as you exit the car you came in
- they don t have sales people in the showroom running you down
- we had to ask somebody if anybody wanted to sell us something.
- no donuts
The sales staff, the sales manager, the credit/closer were all laid back and competent.
Seamless purchase too.

Excellent customer service, prices were Fair, and the treated myself and my vehicle very respectfully. I felt like a person not just a number and I drove away with extreme confidence and satisfaction with the services provided by the entire team at Subaru of Melbourne.

Traveling and stopped in to get an oil and filter change on my 2017 Outback. Took me right in on the Express Lane and was finished in an hour. Service was great, Dominic was super. Thanks guys!

I just had my 12,000 mile service---got there early, got right in, my advisor scheduled me for a recall issue for the following week. everyone was so friendly and efficient! So different from service in South Fl. I am actually looking forward to going back next week, instead of dreading it.

I bought my Subaru Crosstrek at this dealership 4 years ago and have always had it serviced here. Excellent quick professional service - and they don't try to sell you something you do not need. Very trustworthy. Shannon and the entire service staff are friendly and efficient.
