Until April, I would have rated this company higher, but in May I had three days of no aides, and this month the days of no aides is more, plus I tried to explain to the on-call scheduler my problem, she said that the schedule she was looking at said that on those days there was an aide, and today Interim got the times wrong, so their schedule will claim to have an aide even though the time for the aide to be here was wrong scheduling on their part. I was going to wait until the regular scheduler returned my call after the holiday, but with the attitude of the on-call person, I decided to write this review today. It seems that no one is really listening to me, and that I believe is the main problem here.

They dont have aid coverage even though they say they do. Dont wear gloves. Always on phone. Late for scheduled shift. Walks away from patients. Doesnt take ownership of their mistakes and weaknesses.

We have a regular aide 8am-4pm Monday-Saturday. She does a great job, 6-7 months later interim replaced her with another great aide (we don't know why). Every Snday and anytime when the aide calls off, interim rarely covers the vacancy.. Why?. Sunday aide mostly is a no show

Since January of this year (2020) they've missed covering aide service for over 66 days randomly, and out of the days covered, for randomly 74 days the shift was not completely filled (aide left early or came here late).
Prior to this year I would've given a much higher rating. (as of December 13, 2020).
Aide will wear masks and gloves as required. Only about 40% of aides have Covid 19 flu Shots. Weekend staffing of aides for clients are at the discretion of each aides not the clients.

They are so rude. I called to speak with someone and the woman who answered the call hung up on me because I'm asking to speak with a provider. They are the worst homecare agency in Rochester. Don't deal with them.
