Until April, I would have rated this company higher, but in May I had three days of no aides, and this month the days of no aides is more, plus I tried to explain to the on-call scheduler my problem, she said that the schedule she was looking at said that on those days there was an aide, and today Interim got the times wrong, so their schedule will claim to have an aide even though the time for the aide to be here was wrong scheduling on their part. I was going to wait until the regular scheduler returned my call after the holiday, but with the attitude of the on-call person, I decided to write this review today. It seems that no one is really listening to me, and that I believe is the main problem here.
