Moved in today! I am staying independently on this weekend (Dec 18-20) to celebrate my birthday on December 19. Similar when I am in the college dormitory!

Very nice place for my trip..very very easy for shopping lover. Nice view and good facilities.

I visited this hotel for an official conference and must say it's roof top is one of the best places to be in the city . It's open during the night time and the view with sips of your favourite drink is all the company you need. Also a great place to chill post your meetings

Hotel in a great location - no need to travel far for shopping because downstairs is a huge shopping centre. Service crew are courteous, softly spoken, attentive and accommodating to requests. Has all the luxuries of a 5 star hotel. Buffet breakfast has a huge selection of hot and cold foods. Note that it was 99% booked when I was there - service desk told us.

Staycation At Centara Grand at Centralworld The price is reasonable the room should have been renovated. Level 41, beautiful view, will be confused about the elevator connection. But convenient for people shopping at Centralworld

Great promotion they offered now. Room was extremely nice and comfy with specious view. We were assigned to the newly renovated room on the 43floor first but once we got into the room, the whole room filled with odor of Lacquer paints and thinner. We called to have our room exchanged and for awhile they came and brought us to the new room on the lower floor which was nice and odorfree. Thank you for their helps on that issue. Breakfast on weekend was a disaster for me. I thought i was in the food court somewhere that were filled and crowded. We had to stand in line infront of the restaurant waiting to be seated for 15mins. This was extremely unexpected for us. breakfast was great. Extreme selection of food and beverages were a compromise of the issue. staffs were running and trying hard to please all the guests that time. That was not pleasant at all. They were nice to let us have a late check out at 3pm so after breakfast we went to the pool and surprisingly found another unpleasant odors around the pool area. I switched seating all around the pool but still i smelled some kind of rotten dead animals which should never have been around the pool area. We did reported this issue at check out and hope they are able to fix them somehow. Other than that this was one of our great bkk hangout indeed.

Good hotel in the middle of shopping area. Easily accessible. Decent size room, facilities were good. Staffs were friendly and helpful.
