I worked for this company in 2000, this company has not changed. I took my nephew by the office on McHenry street to apply. I was rudley approached by an older female in the back office who had an issue with myself being in at the same time with my nephew so I left. I came back and took him out because she didn't even have a mask on the whole time.

They do not pay enough for someone with real bills and children. Only ok thing about this job is that it pays every week. To be honest it s really not even worth the work. This job is just a stepping stone for someone with little or no security experience.

The companies H.R department is also the office manger. No matter how long or how well you have worked for the company "she" will not give you a job reference at all.Its as if you never worked there even if you made supervisor. If you want to experience slavery apply here.

The only good thing to say about this company is that if you want to get your start in security then this is company for that. But other than that it's not a place of longevity and career advancement. They pay you minimum wage...especially for event security officers. You have stand for long periods of time without hardly any breaks. Plus they have this "first come first serve" policy which means you have to show up extra early in order to work. They overbook workers on purpose just in case there are call outs. If you're on the schedule to work that day but when you show up and they've already booked all the workers they need, they will send you home.

So I say just use this job to get your clearance card and the experience under your belt. Once you do, leave!

Bad terrible company work for hires criminals with background history as military veteran I was hired at downtown inner harbor convention center. I started working at site with other bad security guards and guy in charge horse playing turned light out in room on me I reported this to special police at center than they reported it to office and guy in charge of site and I was assaulted by one of security guards there. The company is terrible to work for to have unprofessionalism like this and to allow it to happen I bet they had them take lie detector tests they will fail it. And by all means the state of Maryland need to have people take a class to get a security license like everywhere else because no one knows commonsense. And every other state like New Jersey you must have a sora license and pass do fingerprints and drug screening. I rate this company a 0. Especially all security companies in the state of Maryland

DONT EVEN WASTE YOUR TIME! $50 deduction for two shirts and one pair of pants, only part time work that's not even guaranteed, lousy pay, standing in one spot for hours on end, don't give you your lunch breaks, gives your scheduled work to whoever shows up first, less than 30 hours given over a months course. By far the worse security company I've ever encountered. Please spare yourselves the trouble!
