Horrible registry company to work for. The account...

Horrible registry company to work for. The account managers are not reliable and don't respond back with any questions or concerns that you have. They have not paid me for 2 shifts that I worked over a month ago. My old account manager Angelie was very responsive and always made sure I had scheduled work days but ever since she left the company and they assigned me a new account manager Ron! He has done nothing that I simply asked of and I have not been working this past month. I do not recommend working for carelinx

So far my experience with Carelinx is a positive one. I love the clients they have set me up with. The only negative I have is communication. You get several messages from several different people and when you try to contact them they never respond to messages. The employees are slow in doing their job. I contacted 3 different people who messaged me about one client which in itself is confusing because you don t know which one to contact. Anyway they set me up with a client and the day before I was suppose to start I still had no care plan posted and no information on the person other than her name. After sending several messages to the people that texted me about the new client and also leaving a message with the online chat I had to also call and leave a message. Finally they added her info. The actual carelinx employees do not seem to know what they are doing. When you ask a question they can not give a straight answer and one person will tell you one thing and another person will tell you something else. Carelinx s itself is a great accent but the employees really need more training and learn how to communicate and return calls and messages

I love my awesome case manager, her name is Angeli...

I love my awesome case manager, her name is Angelie Nicolas. She's awesome, always there when you need her, understanding and very pleasant to talk with everything regarding schedules and other work issues. Overall, CareLinx is a good company. Sometimes there's some misunderstanding and miscommunication but it gets solved at the end of the day.

The clients couldn t have had a better care service experience than at CareLinx! The clients must be impressed and happy by the excellent service and professionalism that the team provides to their clients.
