Have tried for 4 months to stop this. Can not get in touch with ANYONE. Att does not seem to know ( or dont want to know) how to stop it. Next step is a federal office. Im thinking scam to syphon money. This is unreal.

A patent troll that charges ridiculous amounts of money for a caller ID service. Their service is very poor. I tried it for a while and almost every call I got it said "UNKNOWN NAME" or had the wrong name. I get customer calls to my phone all the time and figured their app would help. It's garbage.

Just like magic ..showed up on my Samsung phone. Doesn't work..will not uninstall! Wiped my phone and it reappears. Going to Verizon today for help..hope it's not some new key logger. PHONE DEATH!!

I had a very consistent low amount of spam callers each month until I signed up for the service, then I had a drastic increase in spam Callers. It s almost like they informed everybody in the spam world what my number was in order to report that I was being called by a spam person.
