Century management services inc. (ny) Review

I m 18 & I had the means and requirements for an apartment in a new building & I was taken care of & settled in . Obviously people are human so you have mishaps however they really ensure that you are comfortable & taken care of so you ll be as comfortable as can be during your lease with them.
One of the managers Tarek he is an assistant & he really make sure that everyone is okay & doesn t have any issues whats so never & they are extremely accessible.

My building had a previous management company that I thought was acceptable until the owners decided to transfer to Century. Their whole team have been amazing and responsive even when they are not able to address the issues right away. Special shot out to Tarek for providing an excellent and attentive service to me and my husband, he goes above and beyond to make the tenants feel heard and respected.

I'm on the board of my condo building and we changed management companies to Century about 2 years ago. It's been a game changer in terms of how the board contributes, what we accomplish on behalf of owners and how we managed through COVID this past year. Our Manager, Andi, is responsive, practical, strategic and a great partner overall. He understands how to get things done and is respectful of our time and expectations. We lean heavily on him and the other members of the Century team who we work with. They continually deliver and it's been a significant improvement. I absolutely recommend Century (and Andi and. his team) and am very appreciative of their expertise.

Working with Century NY Management has been an absolutely wonderful experience. They are always responsive and very quick to implement any necessary changes in the building. The building that I live in which is conveniently located in East Harlem on 3rd avenue. The conditions of the building are really 5 star quality. The Lobby / Entrance & different floors are always very well taken care of by staff. Before Century NY Management stepped in, the building was quite a mess with hot water shortages and elevators out of order often.. Not anymore though, as a tenant for a few years I have literally seen the building go from drab to fab. Century NY management is so reliable and really cares about the tenants well beings and comfort. We tenants are always receiving updates as to the current changes happening in the building. Recently, Century NY hired some new doorman, who are top notch and very helpful. The Super is excellent and always knows exactly what to do to fix any equipment or plumbing issues and is very reliable. One person in particular, Ozzy Berisha the building manager has made being a tenant under Century NY management so amazing, he is always making positive changes happen in the building. With a charismatic & professional personality Ozzy really is a wonderful person to work with. I look forward to seeing all the wonderful things Century NY management has planned. So far though, I would definitely rate them 5 STARS! Keep up the great work Century!

I ve lived in a lot of apartments in 15 years in NYC and 76 N 4th is by far my favorite. I ve lived in high priced stale luxury buildings but the staff here actually have personalities and genuinely want to be there for you. The management (Jennifer and Jakob) have gone out of their way for me numerous times. Total rock stars. The super is there as soon as you need anything and he s funny! The door guys brighten my day every day. I don t ever want to move out of this building. It s like they found a way to combine pre-war with luxury and no stuffiness. You won t find a better location either.

Been at my current building for 2 years and Century Management is the third management company in that period. Been a great experience since they took charge and Ozzy is very responsive and helpful! Amazing experience with this team! Keep up the good work!

we have been in one of Century's managed building for over 15 years.We have enjoyed living here. During Covid they really stepped it up to make sure everybody was safe. We really appreciate how everything is run . Their help is always around incase they are needed.

Ever since this new management has stepped in they have been very on top of things Tarek and Ozzy has done a great job with meeting some of my needs for my apartment and has also kept in touch and reassured things would get done as we know everything takes time so your own patience is needed just as much at theirs overall I am satisfied with the new management team. Thumbs up great job guys
