Super happy with this company,they stand by there word to get you back on track with your credit.

The things they don't tell you:
1) you will get sued
2) you will have to put in additional funds so you don't have to go to court
3) if you go to court they barely advise you on what to say, so it's best to just take out a loan, go more in debt, and pay off that creditor so you don't have to go to court.
4) your negotiator will NEVER NEVER NEVER speak with you on the phone. I'm pretty sure they don't exist.
5) if you have a Chase card, they will tell you that Chase does not accept calls from third parties and that YOU will have to contact Chase. Century gives you a speech on what to say. You call Chase, they don't accept your offer. You tell century what Chase is requesting. Century waits an entire week to tell you that you need to add $2,300 additional funds in your account. LOL. And if you're even able to do that, century WILL collect a fee. For what, you ask? For doing literally nothing.
6) there are better places out there. DO YOUR RESEARCH AND DON'T FALL FOR THEIR LIES!!!!!!!!!!!

I just finished my program with them which I signed up for back in 2017. They were always willing to work with me on keeping up with payments during covid and through various bouts of unemployment. I would definitely recommend them to people who are overwhelmed with accumulated credit debt that they ve lost control of.

I've just started with my debt consolidation but so far Century has been great! Every time I speak with them they really seem sincere in helping me out. Only been with them about a month and they have already settled one of my debts!

This was the best choice I have ever made for my family, my sanity and my finances!! Full disclosure, yes my credit suffered at first but I was able to save enough money to pay cash for my needs just like my rep told me it would it has gone back up with my other payments being on time. My Representative, Jenn was so kind and compassionate. I have no doubt that she truly cares bout me and my family. She took the time to make sure she answered every question. As far as the complaints I am seeing, I was told that there would be ups and downs but I have stuck through it and now I feel like I am in a better place because of Century. They asked me to add more money, I didn't have it at the time. It wasn't a big deal, it was an option and when I declined they went back to work. This won't be a quick fix kinda deal, it takes time and patience but for me it has been worth it.

Do NOT use this company to help settle your debt!! Their fees are outrageous! You end up adding more debt for yourself TRUST me! For example, one of my credit cards was 12 grand in debt, they were able to drop the balance to 7 grand and the fee for their efforts...2,300!! Crazy! That s for ONE of my settlements. How does this help me get out of debt?! It almost adds up to the same debt. I should ve called the credit card company and settled my debt directly with them. When I saw it would take another two years to pay this off with century, I called the collections agency myself and they immediately settled for 5,000. I m Debt free now and can finally start raising my credit score. This would ve taken at least another 2 years of payments paying off the credit debt and their outrageous fees. Leaving me unable to raise my credit until everything was paid off. Now, I m debt free (no thanks to this company) by draining my account and still have to pay their outrageous fee. I was told by many to not use these types of companies. They re a scam. These people are very convincing and I m a fool. Don't be a fool like me and not read the fine print. This company could care less about getting you debt free. They want your money and want to keep you as their client as long as possible. Try and call your credit card company first. This company does nothing more than what you can do for yourself and you ll save THOUSANDS!! Thanks for nothing Century.

Century was amazing in helping me almost be completely debt free in just over 2 years would have been less except the last credit card wouldn't settle originally. Very helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable staff. Looking forward to finally building my credit score back up. Once the last payment is made, the extra will go towards the very last cc I have and I'll be cc debt free! Looking forward to the vacation I'll finally be able to take without having debt surrounding it! Thanks Century staff!

I have had no problems and all of my debts will have been settled in six months from now. Been in the program for over two years. My representative is in almost constant contact with me and their customer service has been awesome in my case? No problems?

Do not use this company to settle your accounts. You will end up disappointed. This company won t work for you. How this company works is you let all your accounts to go to delinquent, then once you are in delinquent status they will intervene and if you call the companies you owe they may be willing to settle with you without you paying high rates Century charges. This debt collector company doesn t tell you upfront that they would not be able to settle with ALL credit card companies. I waited for months for a settlement and nothing. So don t waste your time. Find another company you can work with, that has your best interest in mind. NOT CENTURY!!

Response to you: Bad customer service and really long periods before a settlement takes place. You guys charge close to 35% - 45% settlements fees for on any settlement/negotiation, plus $7.50 charge per month, plus calls made $3.00 charge on behalf of settlements. So customer should know there are better options and better programs for debt settlement than yours.(Only providing information)
