I would leave zero stars but Google doesn't allow that. Bonney Leckie has to be one of the most unethical real estate agents I have ever encountered. Be careful with her, she will tell you whatever you want to hear to sell a property. I'm surprised she hasn't lost her license for intentional misrepresentation. Century 21 would be wise to cut ties with an agent like this, disgusting.

This brokerage is only good if you're white & already have years of experience. Everything is wrong with their training. They follow the strategy of a man that's damn near 90 years old....that should say enough.

Went to an open house in North Ft. Meyers last Sunday. The realtor was trying to rush me out the door and didn t seem engaged. I do not recommend this place to anyone. I then called their office and no one would return my phone call after leaving a message, unprofessional.
My experience with Donnamarie Moyer was superb. She was prompt, courteous, professional and knowledgeable. This was my second real estate transaction with her so you know I was pleased with the first.

My wife and I had a scheduled appointment at our home today. Ms Chelsea Wilkes and her partner were to arrive at 2:00 pm to view our home. My wife called your office at 2:10pm. No answer. Ms. Wilkes called my wife back a short time after and stated, oh ya, I forgot to call you this morning, I ve been very busy. Very unprofessional and I wouldn t recommend anyone who employs agents of this stature

We sold our home recently and Sarah Stice was the realtor representing the buyer of our home. Several hours before closing, we paid one last visit to our house to say goodbye, only to find that Ms. Stice allowed the buyers to access / occupy our home before the sale was closed, without asking or notifying us. There was even a celebratory bottle of champagne and congrations card sitting there among the buyer's things. The closing was not complete at this time. If that's not against the law, it's at the very least extremely inappropriate. The buyer cleared out as soon as we reported the issue to our agent. I don't know if this mistake was made out of inexperience, or questionable ethics, or just a misbehaving or misinformed buyer, because we never received any contact from Ms. Stice to explain or apologize

If I could leave zero stars on customer service I would. The receptionist Ayleen was extremely rude and belittling. I was stunned and baffled after I ended the conversation with this individual. She refused to help me or transfer my call to anybody that would. They could learn a thing or two about customer service.
I would not recommend their services to anyone. Especially anyone over 65. It is a agents responsibility to work for the client in their best interest. Bonney Leckie could not have cared less about my Mothers best interest. All she cared about was getting the property sold. She was dishonest and untrustworthy.

This place is shady. I keep getting phone calls from their number. But my phone doesn't actually ring when they call (have no idea why) so I never catch the culprit in the act. I would have NEVER reached out to them to inquire about ANYTHING. So they must have gotten my number from a scam list.
I call the number back and they "have no idea who could be calling you". I get it, it's probably a big office and everyone has the same outgoing line. But I just called the number back within 3 minutes of someone calling me at 9:30am their time. Don't say you can't help me. Send an email out to EVERYONE, give them my number and tell them to remove my number from their call list and it's obviously someone who is in the office at that moment. Simple.
For the record, I live in Minnesota. I spent 6 horrific years in the Hell Hole that is known as the Fort Myers area. Even if you calling me telling me I won a free house I'd tell you to keep it. That place has no redeeeming qualities that I could find after visiting 32 years and living there for 6. Only went so often because my In-Laws moved there from New York. So I guess in comparison, it's a better place than Long Island.
