As a first time home-buyer, I was concerned with finding an agent that would hold my hand through the process. I had no idea what was going on !! Luckily, I got connected with Cherie Edmunds, who happened to know a ton of information about the area I was looking. We got to the closing table quickly, and I got a great deal on my mountain house. Cherie was quick to answer all of my questions (even the dumb ones) and really took into account all of my needs and wants in the home.

I live out of state and decided to sell my GA rental property. I contacted Terry Swanson with Results Realty Century 21 to recommend an agent I could work with who could help navigate everything for me. His team was great to work with. Joe V on his team was able to to negotiate a quick offer, advised me to wait as it wasn t our asking price and the next day he brought us a offer above asking price. There is so much more Joe was able to do for us with coordinating a little repair work that was needed and other items that would ve been impossible without him considering I was out of state and didn t have time to be in GA or deal with the property on my own. We have more property in Georgia and will use Terry Swanson, Joe V and the Results team on our next sale.
