I have never worked with a better group of individuals. Their knowledge, their attention to detail and their care to their customers, is truly a great asset when looking for a broker. I was a complete rookie to everything insurance when I started working with Josh and his team, and they made every process simple and easy to understand. They aren't afraid to get their hands dirty by jumping in and helping wherever and whenever they can. Patty D, Josh L, and Carol P, have been the best group to work with and I don't think I could have asked for a better experience. Thank you all for all that you do. If you have the pleasure of working with Carrie Arthur, she is an absolute ALL STAR!! Her professionalism and efficiency are top notch. I had a lot of "life things" happening all at once, and she put my mind at ease while navigating a solution. She was quick to follow up with any information I had requested, and answered the MANY question I had. I truly felt that Carrie was GENUINELY invested in helping me - something I think a lot of customer/client service specialists are lacking these days. I felt like an actual human being - and not just a number or name.
