Pure disappointment. Stay away! My partner and I are first home buyers and decided to buy a house in Silverwater. Turns out the building was managed by this company. Since the very start, Fay Petrou treated us like we didn't matter and she always had better things to do then to pick up the phone, answer an email or even show us the place! It took us over a week of constant phonecalls to even arrange a viewing of the house. It took us another few days of calls to get some other documents of the property. She always had better things then to close the deal with us. We sincerely wanted to buy the place in Silverwater but we were treated like we weren't serious buyers. The agent constantly told us about how much bigger value this house has, that the price is small already and that the owners wouldn;t even consider an offer under a specific amount of money. When we finally made an offer, she looked at us as if we were joking (not to mention the ad for our potential house lied about the presence of air conditioning and the overall condition of the house which was just ridiculous). She then called us claiming that the owner said this isn't even the offer they will start to consider and said that in a very rude way. We were being very honest and decided from the start but this agency has really made it hard for us and therefore we will no longer negotiate and I personally hope this company learns its lesson from the 1.6 star average and really changes its strategy...

Never provided any support when needed, horrible customer relationship management.
Like we beg to stay in their place for free.. . .

Worst experience ever. Avoid at all cost Century 21 Brighton Le Sands 2216, the property manager Kevin Cipi doesn't have the courtesy of answering emails or provide any feedback. I felt treated unfair by this company and it seems they just don't care about their potential customers. Normally I would move on without complaining and chose a different company, however in this case they are influencing my living standards and cannot accept this without at least providing my feedback.
I truly believe that they can get better with their services in time.
