Very friendly people, helped me finding exactly what I was looking for, thanks a lot.

We've now bought two different homes with Ricardo Rodriguez's help. He's always been very friendly, attentive, and trustworthy. We tell him what we're looking for and he finds the closest options available while also stretching a bit outside that. He was always available, week days and weekends. We greatly appreciated that having 2 little ones and a very small time-gap to explore homes. He's still a little new to the Bryan/College Station area, so he's learning the hustle of the insane market here, but he did a great job. The houses come and go so fast, it was difficult to find the right home. We're happy with the house we got while also having to sell our home in Huntsville. Ricardo even offered to help us move in and just all-around goes beyond expectations as an agent. We wish Ricardo and Cristina the best in their bright future!

Eh...i felt like she was "in my corner" at first and then I felt abandoned. She did try once and did her part well in getting a decent deal and it fell through (not the agents fault at all - totally on the owner for not having things straight before we sent it to the title company). But then...i was abandoned again. Literally MONTHS later I received an email because the market had slowed down so I guess she had time again for me. The ONLY reason for 2 stars is because she was great at getting a good deal on one property (at least on paper until it fell through). If you don't have an outrageous budget, if you are just looking for a small cheap place to call home, KEEP LOOKING FOR ANOTHER AGENT!!!! or Google a little and do the work yourself. Felt like she had bigger fish to fry while the market was popping and then when it wasn't she had nothing better to do but see if I was still waiting for her.
