Dont even try to hire these guys not professional lawyer u will rather hire me I think they have teenagers in office

He has the BEST Attorneys working there. If I had to use them again I would.

A family recommended me to this law practice office after I got in a car accident. Terrible service!! I have been calling for an update on my case but no one answers the phone left voicemail several times did not heard from them. I called it today twice and they told me they decided not to take my case as of January the 2nd 2018 they didn t even bother to tell me that when I was calling this entire time!!! Everyone that works there sounds like they hate their job, I won t recommend this law office.

I had such a great experience with this law office! Attorney Michael Christensen and his staff were prompt and professional when it came to settling my husbands case. They were always happy to help us whenever we had any questions or concerns.

Real great with the process got my settlement in less then six month. Didn't have to do much they took care of everything for me, and kept me up to date.

This office took on my case in October of 2016. I have had multiple attorneys working on my case. The original attorney was working with me and then a few months into it she stopped communicating with me. After months of trying to reach her i was finally told he no longer worked for the office and someone new has my case. Since then I have had the worst experience. I cannot get anyone to communicate with me. I call and no one answers I leave messages and no one calls me back. I email and no one responds. It s very upsetting to read the other reviews on this law office. I am ready for this to be over.

Almost three years and STILL NOOOOOO MONEY. At least three different lawyers and I only saw Mike once. I don't even want to settle any more. I wanna go straight to trial just to make sure they're going to do SOMETHING for me. I've called and called. Can NEVER get to my lawyer directly. There's noooooo number for the north Cleveland office and they've only returned my call, in almost three years and many many many phone calls and voicemails, a few times. This has really been a bad experience for me. I should've shopped around first.

I had a good experience with the Law Offices of Michael Christensen. Tammy did a good job of status updates regarding my case.

This firm is a joke. I've waited over 2, almost 3 years for a settlement from my car accident. Everytime I call in there is never any progress on my case and we're still exactly where we were the last time I called. I'm a college student and the drunk driver that hit me put me into debt and the only thing the receptionists care to do is tell me that "it looks like we're still waiting on some information." What am I even paying this place for? Would not recommend this firm.

I found myself part the MDC law firm family. I realized that they not only cared about my case but also me as a person. During the course of my case were some of the hardest times in my life; but through it all, I found again and again that they were that much more determined to get the best possible outcome for my case but also were deeply concerned about my quality of life. Michael D Christensen and his staff of professionals are the best of the best!

I'm a client of theirs and I can sure tell you that, when i say these guys are horrible and unprofessional i mean it.

Not only do they not return calls, they dont answer the phone, they dont answer voicemails, send you emails or follow up with you about anything.

They hang up on you while you're waiting on hold listening to horrible elevator music just to get a dail tone and not a voice mail box or a real person.

Once my case is handled I'm never using their services again.

Wish I could say my name but it's against client privilege.

Update: finally got a call back today from Michael Christensen himself, reviewing the number of times I called the office, which was well over 10 times trying to get answers about my case, left 3 voicemails, and no one reaching back out to me. it was a pleasure, but being asked what I've already told your lawyers months ago, isn't really something I was flattered to do.

( In my voicemails I stated I was done with treatment, and along the lines I was in a house fire, and lost documents to the fire and told them to reach out to me via email or phone. I never recieved a follow up or even a Hey have you been okay )

Worst experience ever the office manager . is the worst never returns calls I don't think she even is working on my case , I think it would be in michael Christensen best intrest to fire her, she is draging his name down. This is a joke nothing is getting accomplished.

Don't believe the commercials.. afraid of the big companies and they don't get the big money for you. Wish I didn't use him

My dad was hit by driver as pedestrian ...14 months we waited to settle case14 months where funeral waited on payment 14 months of the run around...lawyer never called us back had his recrption calling us the whole time after mutiple request to talk to him fees outrageous random hidden amounts on bill 25000 insurance policy my mom only seen 7000 of it worst lawfirm n columbus dont get ripped off by doing business with this lawfirm tons of commercials on tv that can fool u this lawfirm is not for the right thing

DO NOT HIRE MICHAEL CHRISTENSEN OR HIS LAW OFFICE FOR ANY CASE. You will only see this man Michael once, at the initial meeting. The people who work for him in his offices are not professional, do not work hard at closing your case and getting you any money, does not keep good communication (you will constantly have to call to get info or updates on your case), blames everything on the insurance companies, don't keep up with your files or case (every time you call they are just now looking over your case and getting to the next steps), and continuously passes your case from one "lawyer" to the next in the office (you will have different "lawyers" "working on your case" each time you call, whom all have no idea about the case.
I am warning you that they will promise you a lot of money and you will end up with 2000 dollars that you have to give them 35% plus reimbursement for collecting the information that they needed for the case. Yes it's as ridiculous as it sounds.

My case closed in 2014 but every time I see him on that commercial falsly advertising his horrible services and "Judge" Joe Brown vouching for him I feel obligated to tell you all the truth. It took over 3 years to get basically no money at all and not even near what I was promised.

Pauline Alston you are right lol. They did the same to me I had to call them all the time and they didn't even know what they was doing. I ended up with 2200 check and to me it wasn't enough for the things I had to go through. It's hard to find good lawyer. Seems like all they after is money lol

Alex Feria was very rude, was not helpful at all, did not explain the proper steps on the case. Worst experience ever, took over a year with our case and did not resolve anything.

I was injured in a car accident in August and I was very thankful for Mike Christensen law office. I worked with Alex and he was absolutely AMAZING!!! He was very professional, funny, answered all of my questions with honesty, took the time to get to know me as a person so he could really understand how my accident had impacted my quality of life. Alex kept me involved in my case and let me know where we were every step of the way. Mike Christensen law office goes above and beyond and exceed all of my expectations! Thank you Alex and Mike!!!
