The WORST property management company in Las Vegas, for both renters and property owners. They never return calls, rarely pay on time, and are rude and condescending. Take your business elsewhere.

I like this company because of their attention to ...

I like this company because of their attention to detail and the people that work there. Not much turn over of people and pretty fair treatment for tenants. They worked out a couple problems for us and it was greatly appreciated. Thanks Centurion staff!

Says your temporarily closed but you are steady ad...

Says your temporarily closed but you are steady adding fees to our rent for hoa violations that have nothing to do with us but the owner. We should not be charged $45 for each violation that the property owner is responsible for. Charge the owner not us! We requested things to be fixed in regards to the violations and they have STILL NOT fixed any of them. $130 on top of our rent for something we have no control over that s between you and the owner!!!!

I DO NOT RECCOMMEND THIS COMPANY. THEY ROBBED ME FOR MY SECURITY DEPOSIT. I WAS ASKED TO PAY FOR CLEANING FEE PRIOR TO MOVE IN BUT THE DAY I MOVED INTO THE UNIT, THE CONDO WAS DIRTY, NEVER CLEANED, APPLIAMCES ISNT WORKING. SHOWER HEAD WAS BROKE, SECURITY IN THE UNIT PRY OPENED THE WINDOW.

deserves no star they are shady people and wont let us in our home they did not give e us a notice to get out but are keeping our dogs outside and wont let us get them one of our dog is a service dog and helps with anxiety they told us we couldn't get our stuff or dogs till Monday but want the dogs to stay outside in 100+ degree weather. THEY NEED TO BE SHUT DOWN

Hands down the worse property management i have came across in my life. Looks nice from the outside...but they will not make your experience enjoyable. You are better off with ANYONE else. If i could give them 0 starts, I would.

My husband and I almost rented with this company, ...

My husband and I almost rented with this company, but I m SO glad we didn t! They re awful!

We went to see their rental home and loved it. The realtor showing it told us there were no pending applications, so we paid the $75 EACH to apply for the home. That was a Thursday.

The following Monday we still hadn t heard anything, so I called them. They didn t answer so I left a message. No call back. Tuesday I called again. No answer. I left another message. Wednesday I called again around 9am. No answer. I called again around 10. No answer. I called again around 10:30 and they FINALLY answered but the person I needed to talk to wasn t in. I left another message specifically for her. She finally called back around 4pm saying our application was the 2nd one they received and we STILL were denied even though our credit, history, and income were perfect.

Anyway, their customer service sucks and we re out $150. Don t rent with them.

I get a call from my girlfriend Jessica who s on the lease saying some random stranger is on the property. I was en route home. When I confronted him. He said he from your centurion management. He was here to do an inspection. I was never notified. My phone number has changed. Yes. Email and Jessica s contact info has not changed. YOU DO NOT JUST SHOW UP WITH OUT CONFIRMATION. I have 2 kids in the house. I don t know what random stranger Is lurking around the property. When I told him that he never contact me. His response was want to bet that is very unprofessional. This is unacceptable. I am going to go on google yelp and where ever else I can and let people know about the kind of business ethics you people are running. We have pay our rent and have been very good tenants for almost 2 years. This is very unprofessional and unacceptable.

When I moved in, nothing worked and everything see...

When I moved in, nothing worked and everything seemed to be broken (I'm dramatic by nature lol) however, literally within minutes after I placed my maintenance tickets in, I had people calling to schedule appointments. Centurion didn't treat me like just another number or check, they treated me the way they would expect to be treated. They are professional and I look forward to renting this managed property. Homeowners, you should definitely consider Centurion Management if you're planning on renting out your home~Tracie W.

I have been with this company for about three year...

I have been with this company for about three years, now they are under new management and it is slowly becoming the worst experience ever. Now all of a sudden They keep tacking fees on my account claiming I've paid my bills late, and when I called to talk to someone I get attitude for trying to get an Understanding why. There's nothing personable about their staff anymore, and even when they are wrong they don't apologize for it.

Awful company, awful human beings working here. Bumped rent up 100 with zero notice. They say they emailed me but nothing. The additude of the morbidly obese accountant is beyond disrespectful. If you hate your job so much quit. Almost went down there out of anger to teach her how to talk to people she's never met in person.

Very disappointed in the service and representatio...

Very disappointed in the service and representation of this company. I put in an application for a rental house, and after taking a full week to process (I was the first applicant on the house) they made a decision to go with another applicant, despite there being no reason that I was not qualified. Furthermore, they refused to, at a minimum, refund the $75 application fee. It seems $75 and good will can go a long way, however, these folks don't get it.

If I could put NO STARS I would..this house is fal...

If I could put NO STARS I would..this house is falling apart and no one is trying to fix it but they have no problem charging us for a broken down house. First of all, the shower makes a loud noise for the entire duration of the shower you take, the sprinkler system is also malfunctioning, the air conditioning constantly breaks and after telling them they ve still not fixed anything and we have a 3 year old in our household who of course cannot endure ungodly heat. The way the ac is built into the home must have been put there by someone with their eyes closed. And the breaker box is about to break away from the house and leave before we get to leave. This is ridiculous!!! The first week in the home everything began to fall apart and nothing is being done. The carpet is equally as old as the home at the top of the steps there s broken wood and in certain areas there are nails sticking out of the floor. For whoever is considering using this management company think twice before you do because they are SLUMLORDS. Once our time is served in this jail house we will never rent from this management company again!!!!

I've been doing business with Centurion for about a year now. They have always been quick to reply to emails and return calls when I leave a message. The properties are always well maintained and clean. I plan on continuing a good relationship with these folks.

This is for the 249 Wilted Jasmine property in Las Vegas.

If I could give this company zero stars I would.

Seven months into our lease, and I've never worked with a worse rental company. The staff is inaccessible, the vendors they use are unreliable and incompetent (our fridge has broken four times and they refuse to replace or properly fix).

When we moved in, our air conditioner was broken. Our leasing agent, Bobby Brooks, told me on the day I picked up the keys that the company had JUST received a call that the unit was not working. Our neighbor told us months later that he'd called about the broken A/C unit a full week before we picked up our key. Bobby lied right to my face! It can get pretty hot in Vegas in September without A/C, and Bobby would not make this a priority repair.

I'm dreading the move-out day because I'm positive that this shady company will try to take every bit of our security deposit and I'll have to sue them in small claims court.

We have stunning credit and pay our rent -- early -- every single time. We deserve to be treated better, but that's just the way it is, I guess.

UPDATE: We moved out at the end of 2014, and the company of course tried to take all of our security deposit PLUS charge us extra for cosmetic issues that were obvious when we moved in. Luckily, we kept our (accurate) move-in checklist and had photos to back-up our claims, and they ended up returning about 30% of our money. I wish we would have fought for the whole check, but we were moving out of the State and it wasn't worth the fight, but we were furious upon receiving the initial response from Centurion.

This should be a major red flag for anyone considering these guys, because my wife and I are great renters and have never received anything but our full 100% security deposit back. This house in particularl, although cheaply refurbished by the Chinese investor landlord, was spotless upon our move-out. We hired trash removal services and a professional steam cleaner for the carpet and they STILL tried to claim more cleaning fees.

Very, very shady company. Watch out for Bobby Brooks; he in particular seemed to hate his life and had no problem screwing over the tenants. If you have another option; take it.

Worst management company I've ever rented from.

I did not have hot water in my unit for 6 months (out of the 15 that I lived there or). I consistently told them there was an issue with the hot water, but they always refuted me. Finally, after notifying them in writing that I had obtained a lawyer and planned on suing them, did they get their act together....except they didn't because it took them 5 visits and another month before the hot water was turned on.

I would strongly encourage any person looking to rent a condo in Las Vegas to rent from a different management company with higher ratings.

They rented a place to my partner that was FILTHY when she moved in, and they charged HER a cleaning deposit. They SHOULD have PAID her for the clean up work that she did. The irrigation system to the landscape is not even connected (so they expect their tenant to water by hand??) These people are not nice at all.

If it was possible to give a Zero star I would. I submitted an application and they charged $100. They claimed to have ran the application but I couldn't get the condo because my dog is over 30lbs. Meanwhile, the application I submitted indicated my dog is 35lb.. umm then why did you even ran the application? And they they would not refund even 50% of the $100 in good faith. Really though? Oh and Theresa, you are the worst at this, idk how long you have been with Centurion and if long, I'm not sure why they keep you.
