Poor communication to community residents. Failure to keep residents informed of security gate code changes and email notices.

Terrible service! Our community has had a parking issue for over a year. A resident is collecting cars and parking them through out the neighborhood with no registration and does not move them. The person who handles our property, David Litt, has been telling us for over a year that this was going to be addressed. Nothing had been done and I get the run around when I try to contact someone at the office who can actually do something. I have attended multiple HOA meetings and I get the same response every time that it is being addressed. The issue has become worse over time. The issue is a clear violation of the HOA and yet nothing has been done.

Spent a few hours with their managers for some training. They all were very knowledgeable and had their communities best interest at heart.

Steer clear if possible for community management! Very poor follow-through with logging and follow-up on compliance duties managing our HOA community; do not recommend. AKA Total Community Management LLc - ( Note: Most of the reviews on this site were made by employees or relatives of employees of LVVCM/Total Community Management, don't be fooled!) Dorrell Square HOA did not request the management company to go on private property without an easement or to look over fences into backyards. Dorrell Square maintains easement onto front and side yards for property maintenance per CC&R documents.
