Well, I adopted a beautiful kitten that apparently was healthy, this kitten Kira, as we put her, had fungus and an eye infection, after many visits to the private veterinarian, Kira managed to be a completely healthy kitten. In this center they told her that in a year we would have to go back there to sterilize her and we did. On October 30, Kira had an appointment for her sterilization operation, 2 days before we took our private veterinarian to Kira where he performed a complete preoperative and an analysis where they told us that she was completely healthy to undergo the operation.
On Friday, October 30, we took Kira at 9:00 in the morning and we were supposed to pick her up at around 1:00 p.m. That never happened, after an hour and a half they called us that Kira had died and that she could not stand the operation, we went there with all our pain and the vet with all the coldness in the world told us that she did not know how it had happened, that after having it After surgery, she had a seizure and died, no more explanations, that she herself was surprised since the preoperative tests were fine, she did not say that if we wanted to say goodbye to her that she had to prepare her and we waited a bit to see her, there she was on a stretcher with her eyes open and covered in a cloth from the waist down. My son is having a very bad time, he was with us for about a year and he loved Kira, people who have animals will understand how much they can be loved in a short time. We do not know what could have failed in the operation because if they made a mistake they will not tell us since they always have the ideal answer: "operations have a risk" ... but I will leave it there .... it is assumed that They do these operations every day and the risk is minimal, according to the veterinarian at the center.

I went to adopt a dog that needed a PPP license. They took time to give me the license and in the meantime they were in charge of calling me everything because I was not going for the dog. If they did not give me the license, what did they want me to do? On top of that they were just telling me that the dog was getting sick. That will be your fault for washing clean hoses with the dogs inside. Finally and before the bad way to treat me, I did not take the dog. This is not going to adopt or god.

We decided to leave and return in a week later, to see how the little ones continued, since they did not look very healthy and we did not have enough money, to take care of a sick kitten.
To all this, the vet who accompanied us, was quite ... unpleasant.
We returned the following week and instead of the vet, a man accompanied us, who right now I don't quite remember which department he was from. He took us and after a lot of talking with my mother, in the end we took one of the little girls.
When we got to the place where the papers are done and such, the vet was there last week and among other things, she told us: if she had been, she would not have given it to us. He must not have liked us.
He gave us many problems to take the kitten, among them, he made us bring a receipt, as we had taken the little one to a vet, to treat everything he had. Because yes, gentlemen ... the little one with only 3 months, had ongos on her skin and distemper.
We love animals and see / you know that those poor kittens were like this ... It hurt our soul and that is why we decided to save one from that den, since for economic reasons we could not take any more.

If euthanasia is applied it is only to animals that cannot be recovered, as in any veterinary clinic.
There is a very good team of veterinarians who assist them 24 hours a day (even if the center is not open to the public).
Highly recommended if you want to adopt, in addition to advising you take the animal with a primer, chip, vaccines, deworming and sterilization at no cost to you. If you no longer want or cannot keep your pet, take it there, at least it will have a second chance, never leave it on the street.
Another point in favor is that they do not give up for adoption a PPP without the person responsible previously having the insurance, that avoids many problems and abandonments.
