Ii started with allen dental with dr albert allen a great dr .enjoyed all his stories about his dog ,had more problems with the dog than the kiids.allen dental has always made you comftable all the staff makes you feel like your their number one patient.when dr craig sees you he comes out to greet you.dr craig and dr handwerk are my drs and would recomend them to any one.the front desk staff is great.

This is always been the best dental practice I've really ever been to. Every Dentist here has been a model of professionalism, without losing the fact that they are they too are people. Heck, even my prosthodontist is a nice guy.
This is without a doubt the best practice in Norfolk, middlesex, or Plymouth county. Needless to say way better than anything in Suffolk county.

I have been going to Allen Dental for almost 40 years. I had the pleasure of starting with Craig s wonderful Dad and then onto Craig fresh out of school. I can not say enough positive things about this experience. The staff is pleasant knowledgeable and fun! I ve seen some of the other Doctors as well and I always felt confident. My children and grandchildren all go to Allen Dental. I highly recommend.

Jillian was AMAZING! I came in today for my fist cleaning in a very .. very.. long time. I first visited a few months back with horrible tooth pain and Dr Lyle Smith and his team did an amazing job. Because of that wonderful job, although I live in Plymouth, I set up a cleaning appointment for this morning. I was not disappointed. Jillian took her time on each tooth, cleaning away, making conversation, making sure I was comfortable and I left with such a polished looking smile, I had not seen in years! Dr Jennifer Allen finished up my appointment explaining each service I needed and worked with me to make a plan to take care of my issues. I can not thank the team enough for caring about my teeth. From the ladies in the front office to everyone out back, I can not thank you enough. I have already set up more appointments and am very excited to be a regular customer :)

The dentists, dental assistants and staff at Allen Dental are amazing! They are so kind, very understanding and truly make you feel welcome from the moment you walk in. I've learned that it really is their goal to bring back your confidence by fixing your smile- doesn't matter how small your dental issue may be or how large it may be- they are there to make it better, fix your issue or issues and make you feel less stressed about the financial aspects and the overall cost of having dental work done.
Dental insurance carriers should provide more coverage in my opinion. The small amount they do cover isn't enough but that's a debate and conversation not to be had here.
I was referred to Allen Dental by a lifelong friend and I've never been disappointed. I can't say enough good things about them.
In closing- for all those skeptics out there (I'm one too when it comes to what you see and read online)- no, I wasn't paid to write this review. Allen Dental Associates is the best dental office! I was always so frightened of going to the dentist. Everyone here is just wonderful. My stress and anxiety of going to the dentist has been greatly reduced. I have been going here for quite a few years now and have had work done by each dentist and dental hygienist. I could not ask for a better provider for dental care. The whole process starts with a warm, kind voice on the phone when booking an appointment. The staff are friendly, attentive, and concerned about the patients care from the minute I walk in the door till I leave. Dr. Lyle and the ladies that work as the dental hygienist staff are truly remarkable and a credit to the profession.
After being concerned about COVID virus, I walked out of the office today , very pleased with the way the staff had done all the requirements to be able to open this practice. They are always friendly and helpful and a pleasure to be a patient there.

I have been a patient of Allen Dental Associates for 50 years. My first visit occurred at age 16 with Dr. Craig's grandfather when the office was located in South Braintree Square. I then transitioned to Dr. Albert Allen, Craig's father, and now I am seen primarily by Dr. Craig. The dentists, hygienists and office staff are very knowledgeable, professional, personable /' and efficient. All in all, I have had very positive experiences over the years.

I have been going here for years, along with my whole family. They do a great job and really care about you as a patient. "Dr. Craig" (Dr. Allen) is awesome and his whole team is very caring and professional. Molly, my hygienist is great and knows every detail of my dental needs and always asks and knows every detail about my family. I went today for the first time since the lockdown. They had all the procedures in place to make me feel very confident about safety and health. They had always been a place I felt was clean and safe, but they have moved the bar higher. Although I generally don't look forward to going to the dentist, but at least they have made it as positive experience as possible!
As a very long time patient the visit was per usual, friendly atmosphere, excellent service, and always extremely professional and they follow all CDC guidelines to the T.
Let s put it this way I moved out of state and I am now an hour away from my dentist Dr. Jen. I will continue to see her as long as I can. She s amazing! Does wonderful work and makes you feel so comfortable you d never know your were in a dentist chair. I have a very bad fear of the dentist and she puts me at ease. All of the hygienists and assistants are wonderful too!! Honestly, wish I could have had her at an early age and maybe I wouldn t be so anxious when I go!! They are truly the best place I ve ever been!! Love them all!!
