Centricity

We purchased an refrigerator extended warranty from Centricity. After over one month of promises to return our calls and replace our unit we unfortunately are still without an refrigerator unit. Now in week 5 and no status. Please do not use this company and be deligent when purchasing your appliances. Ask the appliance retail company whom holds your extended service contract (for example we purchased thru Famous Tate but the service contract is with Centricity). If it is with Centricity do not purchase the extended warranty as Centricity is not customer focused. They are more concerned with the bottom line then helping their customers. Extremely disappointed.
