Wonderful place to get help for children going through things. I love you guys and thank you for all that you do!!
My family has been with the center for nearly 2 years. We went there for outpatient treatment for my 16 year old. Initially the staff was mostly professional and caring. My child truly improved and their therapist and doctors
were great.
Somewhere around the 1 year mark that began to change. We decided to seek out patient services there for our second child who has specialized needs. This has always been challenging for us because quality mental health services for special needs youth aren't widely available. Initially we were hopeful and pleased when we began treatment with our child. However, high turnover in staff led to erratically changing therapist, which then led to a serious dip in the professionalism and care that we had seen in the beginning.
I believe that the commitment to the 'service' aspect of the center has been lost. Dismayed, that a place where my family once felt supported and safe to receive such important services has become another disappointing and honestly disheartening experience.
Wonderful place to work and very caring and loving people! Helping families and children on a daily basis!
The adult divisions is pathetic. They don t know how to deal with black people. They won t any give me my meds. They was waste of time just like EVERY therapist!
Great place with friendly people and clean facilities. Good mental health community.

The place is so big, it spans several blocks. We were not informed of exactly where to go, so figuring that out was time consuming. The counselor/therapist we met with and the lady at the front desk were awesome. But honestly that place felt more like a prison. Yes it's pretty on the outside but inside......a central command post with all the security feeds, all the locked doors in between where you walk in and where you have to go.....my daughter and I both were very uncomfortable. Idk if we will continue going here or not. Time will tell.
