Emailed a request for a quote telling them EXACTLY what I was looking for. Got an email back asking for all my personal information, but none of the information I asked for. Why? So I can end up on a mailing/telemarketing list? No thanks, I'll go somewhere else.
Except to wait over two hours if you re making a delivery!
Is a high price on material and not good a costumer service
Great place to get steel from. I typically do house railings along with other steel fabrication. If I need something I m not too familiar quoting a customer on, they answer the phone and give me a quote right there for what I need. My other supplier was making me lose work because I d have to wait on them for days for a quote! Friendly sales team, I typically deal with Karen or Ed. The delivery drivers are extremely helpful and will just roll my material off the truck if I m not at the shop, and their prices are great. Glad I found them and use them for all my steel.
