If you have an appointment with Dr. David Brown, I feel sorry for you. I waiting nearly 2 hours to see him and when I finally did, he told me nothing I didn't already know. I only saw him for 5-8 minutes, and half of that time he was talking on his personal phone. He was very unprofessional and this was a complete waste of time. Nothing he said couldn't have been said on a quick phone call. I learned more about how to take care of my injury from my friends than I did from this orthopedic specialist.

Had elbow surgery...was better off with the pain.... the Anesthesiologist was rude and didn't have a good feeling about him. He was rude and upset he couldn't be a real surgeon. My doctor was good.. when I woke up the ace bandage was covered in plaster from the splint. I called for swelling and was told to rewrap the ace 24hrs post op. When I did it was not enough to rewrap and everything was covered in plaster it was a mess. The nurse then told me she didn't know what to tell me but the doctor would call me back tomorrow. So I have cotton sticking out everywhere. They are so cheap they can't even use more then 2 ace bandages to wrap an entire arm that is twice its normal size...I will only be going to Maine med after this mess.the surgery they did on my other shoulder was the best from start to finish.

Just called to make an appointment. On hold for 31 minutes and got a voicemail saying she wasn't at her desk and to leave a message. I did but I can't imagine waiting that long every time I need to talk to someone. Just doesn't give a good first impression. I'm sure they don't need new patients anyway.
I got a response to my message with asking me to call the same number as before same option. Great I thought. I got the same results. I did not leave a message this time. I will suffer in silence and when I can't hopefully my Savior will take me away. This business has no business trying to help people. They are however very good at causing frustration.

Terrible policy, last minute changes costing me a whole day of work... nobody cares.. good luck finding better.

After waiting 20 on hold I was told I was finally number 1 in line and then heard the person at that number was unavailable, CLICK.

Was calling to reschedule my appointment because I had blood work on that same day and time sat on the phone for over a half an hour waiting counting down from number 10 call at the number one and then they come on and say we will call you back and they hang up so I called them back and I went back door number 11 wait your turn not impressed at all

My daughter broke her wrist and the doctors and team were amazing and took great care of her.

Can't call the office to make appointment or take to someone. Spent time on hold just to get a beeper without instructions to leave message. I was 13th in line and waited just to hear a beeper. Changing doctors asap.

Nice enough staff (mostly) if that's all you're looking for. Last 4 appointments I had were 10min of length and me saying what's going on and then being told he can't do anything even when posed with unanswered questions about physical things notice about it.....

I called one week ago, asking to have a Return to Work order faxed to my job so I can resume working, I was assured it would be faxed over the day I called, and here we are one week later, and it still hasn't been done. The only good thing about this place is Doctor Clark, and the fact that hes a wonderful surgeon. Those answering phone calls seem like they could care less about getting people the care they need. I've been on hold for over an hour and I'm caller number 1. Absolutely ridiculous. You people are keeping me from working.
