Just called to make an appointment. On hold for 31 minutes and got a voicemail saying she wasn't at her desk and to leave a message. I did but I can't imagine waiting that long every time I need to talk to someone. Just doesn't give a good first impression. I'm sure they don't need new patients anyway.
I got a response to my message with asking me to call the same number as before same option. Great I thought. I got the same results. I did not leave a message this time. I will suffer in silence and when I can't hopefully my Savior will take me away. This business has no business trying to help people. They are however very good at causing frustration.
