Very courteous and professional staff. Medical staff addresses any concerns you have with clear and concise explanations. Concern for you as an individual.

Central Dermatology always is very attentive and thorough. I've never had to wait and they always provide great education and advice.

Upon arrival, called promptly back to see Dr DeVries, who is extremely knowledgeable in treating Rosacea. Answers my many questions quickly, keeping me on track and offers the best guidance and recommendations. The assistant jots down instructions quickly so I may take them home. Both are encouraging, friendly, and professional!
I recommend Dr DeVries to people with Rosacea for sure!

Dr. Goldstein and her staff were phenomenal! They were kind, informative and gentle. The doctor even called me herself the evening of my procedure. The experience sure made something bad good.

This is a very efficient office. At my most recent appointment I had barely sat down in the waiting room before being called to see Dr. Todd. Every six months I come for a total body check and I feel the care I am given is very thorough and treatments are well explained. Plus Dr. Todd does stitches that completely eliminate any future scar from an incision.

Dr. Pierce and his staff are extremely professional and got me in and out within 20 minutes. Awesome experience and I will be back!

I saw Dr. Chang for a simple yearly scan for skin abnormalities. She was very thorough and communicative. I deeply appreciated that about her as an experience with another dermatologist was quite the opposite. She gave me information and choices. It is my body and for me to know and discern what is best and she respected that very much. I therefore respect her!

I really appreciate the expert care I get from Central Dermatology. Dr. Goldstein is skilled at Mohs surgery and takes the time to listen to her patients.

I truly enjoyed my visit and how comfortable everyone made me feel. The front desk staff was very nice and had EXCELLENT customer service. I love how neat the waiting area was and I loved how I was able to social distance from other patients. Dr. Phillips is the nicest provider I have ever met, she was sweet and very knowledgeable about what I came for and she helped me in more ways than she can imagine. I can not wait to return again and continue treatment with her. Her medical assistant (i can t remember his name) but he was nice as well & he helped me feel more comfortable! Dr.Phillips you are amazing ! Overall 5 stars and if I can add more I would !

Dr. DeVreis is the best dermatologist in Durham.
I have had Basel & Squamas skin cancer 8 times and he has caught all of them. Extremely thorough and educational. Very efficient office . If you are a former Beach Bum like me and or outside frequently; you owe it to your family to get checked out.

Dr. Devries is thorough and conscientious. He is also conservative, does not rush to do a procedure but treats non-invasively if possible. Also, he's always on time!

The staff was very organized, clean, and I appreciate their professionalism.

My last visit went well. The staff is friendly and professional. I didn t have to wait long. Dr. Newsome takes time to explain her treatment plan and options if the current plan doesn t work.

Dr. Rebecca W. Todd Bell is amazing. She is always on time, very thorough and explains everything where I can understand it. Unfortunately for me and with my family history, I will always have to be monitored. Dr. Bell always remembers my history without having to quickly review my files. She gives excellent advice on self care. It is so nice to finally have a doctor of her caliber in Sanford so I no longer have to drive to Pinehurst or the Raleigh area! :)

PA Laura Phillips and her staff have done an outstanding job for the 3 years I have gone to them.

Everyone I have interacted with has been very helpful and nice. They answer the phone pleasantly, welcome you at the reception area, and listen to your concerns.

I began at the Chapel Hill location and had some difficulties finding a provider who would give the time and compassion. When I went to Anne Casperson my experience completely changed. She is wonderful. She took the time to explain how to best care for my skin for my long-term health without being dismissive. I have since moved from Cary but I will make the commute to see Anne.

This was my first visit. The process was easy. Very little wait time since I was on my lunch, especially nice. I give it a 5 because of the wait time. Will revisit and give update on staff interaction

I would give this place 0 stars if I could. I had a 7:45 appt scheduled for a biopsy because I already have cancer and they couldn't figure out why I was getting rashes on my arms. I got there at 7:55 just in case because the hours online said 8:00 am so I figured it was a mistake to just to arrive early like most appts. Didn't want to wait in the parking lot. Walked in and the provider had already cancelled my appointment. Wouldn't see me. I was the first appointment of the day. I even showed them the hours of the clinic online. Nothing. the Dr. Was Stephanie Knutson. Don't schedule with her if she is going to treat her patients like this.

Awesome experience with Dr. Newsome. My skin has drastically improved from when I left a nearby skin clinic and found this one over a year ago. So glad it was found! Dr. Newsome is great!

The front office staff at Central Derm was friendly and efficient. The PA and nurse who saw me both were caring and attentive. The PA discussed my issues with me and took my comments into consideration before suggesting her recommended course of treatment. Head and shoulders above my previous dermatology practice. I highly recommend them.

Excellent visit. Laura, my PA, was great as always. Covid precautions were obvious and put me at ease.

Similar to what others have said: I arrived on-time. 30 minutes after my scheduled appointment time, I checked at the desk and was told they were short staffed....it would be another 5 minutes. 10 minutes later I walked out. At maximum, fix your staffing. At minimum, show you value your clients time by communicating better. I've reschedule somewhere else.

Had a great initial visit and felt very comfortable at this practice. All my questions were answered and the staff was friendly.

Check in is welcoming and pleasant. The appointment time was kept...i.e., not late. The med assistant was pleasant and efficient. The PA was very personable while maintaining a very professional attitude. She had done her home work, reviewing my history and symptoms, and she listened. I have gone to Central Dermatology for several years, now. I have never had a bad experience with them, even when the news was not what I had hoped for. They are always polite and professional.

Dr. Goldstein had scheduled me for Mohs surgery for a squamous cell carcinoma on my face near my ear, but when I told her I would prefer the quicker and simpler old-fashioned surgery she readily agreed and did an excellent job of completely removing it. I have found everybody in their practice including Dr. Goldstein, my primary dermatologist Dr. Jonas, the assistants, and the receptionists to be warm, caring people, and the service has always been prompt, attentive, thorough and expert. I HIGHLY recommend their practice.

Recently I've been treated by Dr. Rebecca Bell, Dr. Beth Goldstein, and PA Alex Pascoli--all experienced, friendly professionals. I couldn't be more satisfied.

I was immediately greeted upon arrival at Central Dermatology Center. There was no wait time, the nurse greeted me and was very thorough in her questions which allowed the doctor to be briefed before entering the room. The doctor was very attentive, I was relaxed, did not feel rushed and all of my questions and concerns were addressed.

Central Dermatology is well-run. The staff are courteous and helpful. Laura Phillips is extremely competent as well as cheerful, positive and loving. She always acts glad to see me, and she is a joy to be with.

I appreciated her efforts in recommending a treatment plan that I felt comfortable with. I saw Dr. Gagnon for a scan. Cannot say enough about how professional both she and her nurse were. There was virtually no wait as I arrived early and hadn't even completed the paperwork before being called. The exam was thorough and all of my questions were answered. Top notch clinic.

Excellent care, on-target diagnosis, punctual, fair price

After several visits I saw no results, went to a different place and they got me taken care of in one visit.
Then the fun set in.
18 months later I get a bill (which I know I already paid because I still have the receipt) from Central Dermatology Center. I received this bill (presumably) because they had my name grossly misspelled on the receipt and (presumably) in their system as well at the time of that visit. What a hassle. Not only did I waste a lot of time and money at the time of "treatment", now I'm being bothered again and having to go out of my way to contact and resolve this on my time. By the way, they don't have voicemail after hours.

Just avoid this place, you have lots of options.

Dr. Todd-Bell is literally the best! She is always on time and still gives patients attention they need. She is understanding and very sweet! Highly recommended!

Dr. C. Lynn Cheng, M.D. is an excellent doctor, she is one of most caring doctors I have ever met she listens to my concerns and she so knowledgeable about my conditions and try to do the best and proper treatment for me. The entire staff was efficient, friendly. I am so happy having them as my care takers. Thank you !

I was referred to this office by a stranger who told me they were very quick to get someone in if the prospective patient in any way felt they may have skin cancer. I called in August. I was not scheduled for even a consultation until the end of September. From that first visit I had a biopsy of the spot on my shin. The doctor was very vague in how she explained what it may be. The call explaining there were severe A typical cells was also very vague and confusing. Ater the biopsy, I got two infections so badly that I could barely walk. One of the infections was STAPH. It was incredibly painful and pretty scary. They were able to see me in the office but they charged me for a doctor visit (she just drained the wound) and testing of the pus from the infection. I was frustrated for being charged another $100 when it was their fault I got the infection. They then did not want to schedule the surgery to remove it until it had healed. They tried to schedule me right before Thanksgiving (TWO months after the biopsy). That week did not work for me. They rescheduled me for 12/7/17. FOUR months after contacting them. I hadn't gotten any information at all for pre - op instructions and started called them a week before the surgery. I couldn't even leave a message because their phone lines were down. The phone lines weren't repaired until six days later (one day before my scheduled surgery.) I FINALLY received a call from the office and they said even though I was now pregnant, it was fine and they could still do the surgery with a local anesthesia. I got a call THIS morning (December 7, long awaited surgery day) saying, "The doctor actually now feels we should not do the surgery since you are in your first trimester. Let me get you to our scheduling department." Absolutely not. I will never be returning and will never recommend them to anyone. they should have told me from day one, that if I was pregnant, the surgery could not be done. I had just had a miscarriage earlier this year and was anticipating a pregnancy. I told them that from the very first contact. Anyway, find another more dependable dermatologist! Find someone who is truly concerned about all of your needs and lets you know details up front. **UPDATE** Robin from administration contacted me after receiving my review. I appreciated the acknowledgement and her validating my concerns. They have agreed to refund me for the second visit and to make the situation right as much as possible. I have not decided whether I will finish out this situation with them but I do appreciate their reaching out.
**SECOND UPDATE** I never received a refund or further acknowledgment of the issues. I went to another dermatologist and got it completely taken care of in under a week not without difficulty receiving my medical history from Central Dermatology, of course.

Excellent experience with both Dr. Chang (my first appointment with her) and Jill! I expected a "glance and an Rx." Instead, Dr. Chang was thorough and deeply professional in every way -- hands on examination, questions/data gathering, discussion, treatment plan. 'Highly recommend this team!

I felt very comfortable going to my appointment during this pandemic. My temp was checked at the door and I was screened. Very courteous and friendly staff. Everyone was wearing masks in the waiting room and my wait to see my doc was very short. My exam room was obviously disinfected before I entered and all of us were wearing masks during the exam. I have had two appointments with Cheryl Jones in Sanford. She was very Personable, Professional and Knowledgeable. On my first visit, Cheryl gathered all information pertinent to my complaint, ordered the indicated laboratory tests and prescribed the medication for my treatment.
On my second visit, I received the same warm greeting and follow up assessment to confirm that my treatment was spot on and working to cure my condition. Cheryl and everyone I interacted with were warm, friendly and professional. Both of my visits were very timely and I was very pleased with the service I received.

The front desk staff is friendly & kind - they really hit the jackpot finding an administrative CMA who so effectively & efficiently multitasks and yet is so personable & helpful. The clinical CMA who called me & escorted me back was equally thorough yet amicable. The Doctor (Casperson)t the time to answer all of my questions. I did have to schedule a 2nd appointment for my skin check as I took up all the available time with questions. But I am OK with it. I am happy to be in the care of this dermatologist and this practice. Additionally, the exam tables sit low (and rise via foot control like a hospital bed) which is HUGE for me and other mobility challenged folk.
