Dr. Gagnon was very professional and attentive. I am relieved to finally receive the correct diagnosis and was given specific instructions on the cure. Great clinic and location!

I recently had an appointment with them and this was my first time experiencing any type of medical care through a pandemic. I Felt they did a great job of trying to keep things clean, socially distancing patients, and even handling disgruntled patients bc of covid restrictions. I understand this pandemic is causing a lot of stress and I got to see both sides of that struggle during my visit. The stress on patients, And the stress on providers. My heart goes out to both patients and providers struggling to cater to everyone during this difficult time. I felt they had wonderful customer service, a cleanly environment, and thorough service. I was disheartened to see the stress the pandemic is causing on both sides and I ask that each of us please be patient and understanding when communicating our needs . Patients please know they are doing their best to accommodate while also being safe as possible. Please be patient with them and try to understand their perspective and struggles as well. Dr. DeVries at Central Dermatology has always been reassuring in his manner, professional and helpful in addressing skin issues. The staff is always polite. Though I was late due to the changes along 54 throwing me off track and a disgusting hate rant by the president of the US distracting me, the office was still fast in getting me seen.

Wonderful experience! Katherine is the BEST. She listens and has such skill in helping to enhance what's already there! The office is friendly and a clean environment! I use to go to a plastic surgeon office however I drive 35 minutes further to come here. Great prices and service! Done

If I could give 4.8 I would. I love Dr. Cheryl and trust that my face is in her hands. She makes it as comfortable as possible. As far as the price is concerned it is a little much, if they could just fix that It would be absolutely perfect. I knew a deal going on that would have saved me about 200$ but I knew Dr. Cheryl would take care of my face and I really thought they would give me a deal or special after seeing that. Like I said though just pricing. Everything else is top notch I trust them with my face.

PA Knutson is a rock star. She s very thorough and is great at explaining what she sees. I was nervous, but she made me feel at ease. She was also really patient with all my questions.

Stephanie was awesome! She explained everything in great detail so I was able to make more informed decisions on the procedures I was looking for. I had consultations with a couple of other "reputable" facilities and they seemed only concerned about their payment rather than what I actually needed. Would definitely recommend this facility!

This is a great place to go for dermatology. Welcoming and friendly staff from start to finish! When you finish your appointment you feel confident that you were taken care of and heard if you had any questions or concerns.

The staff there were very courteous and I didn't have to even wait long. They were caring and kind and I had a small procedure and left there virtually pain-free. Dr. Chang is the best I highly recommend her!

Have always been pleased with the service they provide. It takes quite a bit of time to examine all of my "spots & dots" as Dr. Goldstein cleverly put it and she and Dr. Wang have been patient, thorough, and careful with the process. Their skin care products are excellent, especially the sunscreens.

I have been seeing Mrs. Laura Phillips at their Chapel Hill location for almost ten years now. All of the staff are friendly and helpful and Mrs. Phillips is phenomenal. She is patient with all of my questions and is very personable and friendly.

My husband, Franklin Garland, saw Dr Gagnon on 09/18/19. She diagnosed his problem immediately and in the same appointment, she took care of removing a cyst. It was excellent that the problem was solved that quickly.

Love Dr. Cheng! She has a great personality, smart, competent, and efficient with time management.

Avoid this place. They were not upfront with how my routine "checkup" was going to be billed and they billed it in a way where my insurance would not pay for it because it wasn't a "checkup".

I called about 2-3 times to dispute this and they said they would look into it. It took them over 2 months to respond with "sorry, we can't bill it any other way because our doctor found something". They "found" a tiny mole so they billed it as something more than a checkup.

Oh and they had promptly sent my bill to debt collections while I was waiting 2 months for their response. Currently dealing with that right now.

This place is extremely dishonest and now it's actually affecting my credit! I will never go back.

I had Mohs surgery at the Central Dermatology Center in Chapel Hill NC on Wednesday morning April 14, 2021. On my arrival I was greeted warmly and checked in by an efficient front desk clerk. I was taken back to the surgical suite reserved for my procedure where I was met by the Nurse/PA supervisor to my procedure. Shortly after, I met the surgeon Dr. Elizabeth Goldstein who discussed my case and described in detail the steps in the process for that day.

The surgical process took about two and one-half hours in total. My care on this day could not have been more thorough. Everyone involved worked efficiently, professionally and purposefully. The post surgical instructions were presented in both written and oral forms, and I was encouraged to ask questions about my care and next steps.

I have the very best feelings about my care at this surgical center and feel the decisions made by the staff and I were in my absolute best interest.

Dr. Adair is excellent. Very pleased with level of care from her.

when i made the appt i stated i have dandruff and sometimes i get pimples on my scalp. the PA that i saw that day she was in the room for 5 min max barely exam my scalp.. when i went on my portal i saw that the chief complaint was rash.. well i never mention anything about a rash.. sent a portal message asking someone to fix my note.. 2 weeks later never heard anything from anyone.. i called today and asked them to fix it to what i actually was complaining.. someone called me back and told me that, that's the medical terminology they use for dandruff... i work in a medical office and so i know what medical terminology is.. you cannot tell me that dandruff mean rash.. its not the same thing at all... definitely not going back to this place ever again...

Dr. Jennelle Williams is not only extremely knowledgeable, she is focused, precise, patient, and very personable. The staff at Central Dermatology is great. I have been a patient for 27 years!

The physicians, PA(s), and support staff at Central Dermatology are excellent. Welcoming, compassionate and understanding. They take the necessary time to provide an explanation of the diagnosis and how to resolve the issue/s. That's what I look for in a doctor's office. I would highly recommend Central Dermatology.

When I arrived staff was pleasant and got me into triage room in a timely fashion. The PA I saw answered all questions thoroughly and was enthusiastic and knowledgeable. My head to toe exam was conducted professionally and with respect. I would happily recommend this office.

I was nervous to get my skin checked, since I have been a sun worshipper all of my life, and I am pretty old. I watched my mom go through all kinds of skin cancer: basal cell, squamous cell, and melanoma, so I kept putting it off. I feel so confident now and inspired to take better care of myself after a very professional and thorough body check by Stephanie. I will be returning to Central Dermatology as a regular patient, because they made me comfortable and they are encouraging without scolding me (too much) for my bad habits. I am in good hands. Plainly put: I have been going to Central Derm. for over 25 years,along with my wife ,both our sons and our daughter .
Not just being treated,but taught how to prevent further issues.
Originally I was seen by Dr. Williams ,who was and still is amazing.
For several years now I have seen PA Jennifer Adair and marvel at what She has done for my skin.
There is no better testimony as to how outstanding a Dermatology practice is than when your whole family is treated by the same group of Professionals.

I've been getting annual checkups from Central Dermatology for some years and have always found the office staff to be helpful and the medical personnel to be skilled and sensitive to my anxieties. I moved to the other side of town recently but still continue to drive 40 minutes to get to their office.

Dr. Gagnon and her assistants took their time with me, took precautions to protect me and themselves, and provided excellent care. I feel like I m in competent hands which is very reassuring.

Great experience! Every step of the appointment was synchronized and smooth from check in to checkout. The PA was thorough and professional. The procedure was quickly done and I was out the door. I was pleasantly surprised how well everything went.

This was my first appointment. I was quite surprised by the promptness of my appointment. I didn't have to wait at all (neither in the waiting area nor in the actual exam room). Dr. Austin Newsome was friendly and knowledgeable and made me feel at ease. The only slight remark I have is that I thought I'd be spending a bit more time with Dr. Newsome it being my first appointment at this clinic and all. We do however came up with a plan and I am expecting that this will lead to more in depth conversations.

Friendly, professional staff. We have never had to wait long at our appointments. Dr. Williams has taken good care of us and answered all our questions and concerns. The treatment she has given has always solved any problems we have had.

So I ve been trying to get this tattoo removed for over a year. Central Dermatology was quick, easy and very professional. I felt calm and confident going to this office. My first session was done during my first visit and my second session was scheduled for six weeks.

Dr. Wang is an outstanding dermatologist. Her rapport with patients is professional, empathetic, and comforting. During total body exams, her reassuring manner puts you at ease. She readily addresses all questions and clearly explains cutaneous lesions and available treatments.

I was in and out of my appointment in about 10 minutes! I had very good interaction with my provider.

I highly recommend Central Dermatology Center. After going to the Chapel Hill location for at least 15 years, I just went to the Sanford office for the first time. In each location, the clinic is smooth-running with superb dermatologists and a caring team. Among a group of excellent clinicians, Dr. Todd Bell is fantastic.

As far as the PA and her assistant. They were great. Frustrated however with the fact that I could not pay my bill on the way out. They could not come up with a final number. Silly, they like most I am sure are tied up with the insurance companies. That fact alone might make me search out another skin care doc.

We have had a good experience with this Center both in Chapel Hill and Cary.

I love Dr Todd Bell!!! She is very thorough with my skin exam. I feel like I m in good hands. With my family history of skin cancer and my psoriasis, I have a lot to discuss with her. She takes her time and answers all my questions.
