Nice park. Nice environment with lots of water. Located right on a lake and a short distance from the sea and beach. Also in Corona time they make the most of it!

A swimmingpool thats fun for every age. And a slide that's romantic at night. Not cold at all!

At the moment we are here at Center Park Port Zelande and we have to smile a lot at the reviews I read here.

Unfortunately, we don't think it's so nice here, especially for the money.
Unfortunately, the inside bathroom is badly moldy (drain, ceiling and when the whirlpool blower dries out, you definitely have to ventilate for the first time. Ventilate for a long time).
The toilet on the ground floor is very narrow. The couch is pretty, but the comfort doesn't invite you to linger.
The TV is placed directly above the open fireplace - I don't dare to light a fire here. Our "garden" is full of blackberry branches, hazelnut bushes and unfortunately a lot of butts. This unsecured and neglected place cannot be used with children, especially toddlers. And you literally cuddle with your neighbors.
To get to the sleeping area you have to climb a steep, extremely stupid and creaky staircase. My dog doesn't dare to go up and down at all. My 2 year old daughter has to be carried up and down just as much. Now after the 4th day I finally have the feeling to move a little more safely over the steps - at night on the toilet ... would be or is really a disaster here.
Once at the top you will find a cuddly soft bed, a built-in wardrobe, my daughter's wooden fold-out bed, a balcony and the infrared sauna. All together you are pretty tight, but well, usable.
It's not overly clean, but neither is it enormously dirty. My husband with a house dust allergy has to take allergy pills quite often here.

If you then walk over the system, you become aware that the system does not generally win any beauty or finesse award. What we have in the garden - unkempt bushes - can be found everywhere.

Attractions are quite expensive, the activity vouchers are unusable for us with a 2 year old child, the shows are in Dutch despite the fact that over half of the park is German.
The small beach to the Grevelingmeer unfortunately not very clean either.

The food is ok. Evergreens were okay, Nonnas was very tasty - but with a bit of stomach ache afterwards.

Foodstore swept empty in the afternoon and extremely expensive. (Tip: go to the supermarket in outdoorp. 10 minutes drive - there are great things at normal prices).

Now for the positive:
The employees are really all very nice, all speak several languages and try extremely hard to make your vacation as pleasant as possible.
The North Sea beach is really beautiful.

Cottages are nicely renovated inside. It is centrally located to eg Rotterdam or to Domburg, Vlissingen.

Amazing place. Beautiful lake. Amazing pool. Kids Abbs adults both love it. Been three times now.

A bit disappointing compared to the aqua mundos of other parks.

A great park! And especially the aquamondo.
Many activities on site. But also nice walks and visits a little further by car.
Bottom: the windows are not double glazed! Result the cold between especially at the level of the rooms and the scream of the seagulls of the Aube does not leave a bedtime for those who want to fat mornings

It's perfectly alright. But you notice everywhere that the park is not so new. Unfortunately only fast food.

Homes are nicely redone in a modern style. Great views over the Port.

2 person VIP houses are due for renewal. Cottage smelled like smoke

Got a bad home. A 6 person chicken coop which should be an adapted bungalow. I cannot go around the bed in a wheelchair. Complaint is dismissed with "We can't do anything about it." You should have checked the m2 yourself. You will then be a customer at Center Parcs for 30 years. For that money I could have booked a spacious suite in a hotel. Thanks Center Parcs we will look elsewhere from now on.

We had a great house where everything was taken care of. It is very quiet, the park is dated. We had a nice quiet midweek in the winter. Can imagine that the park has more appeal in the summer!

Always my pleasure. Is very nice on the water and offers for large and small a rich program.

Compare to the one in the province of Limburg, this one is smaller,
during peak periods, the car park is not suitable, so customers are obliged to park in the area. So I let you imagine the mess when everyone goes to look for their car on the day of departure, impossible to circulate properly.
The dome is small, the turbo slide is often at a standstill even when there are few people. The temperatures of the swimming pools vary throughout the day. (they decrease)
The premium cottage with a non-existent cassi fire extinguisher, in summer, I don't see where we could go without sticking to one another.
Bike rental is no problem, but charging 5 euros for a card when it is displayed as soon as you leave the area, should be a service and not a supplement.

Basically very disappointed, set off outside the domain.
The landscape is magnificent, the restaurateurs in ouddorp are quite nice.

Lovely getaway by the Sea, walking 15 minutes. With car to beach 3 minutes. Cottage 6 persons 3 floors. Neat shower and kitchen and quite a lot of living space. Adding for a weekend in June is unaffordable. Nice week.

Had a great stay, we will gladly go back again. A pity that all activities stop at 00:00, we would have liked to see something like a bar where we could go. Furthermore, everything was great, especially the swimming pool and the shops

Swim with the whole family today. Everyone is limp and unwell about the amount of chlorine in the pool. Very painful feeling in the eyes and heavy feeling due to chlorine in the air. Everyone comes home with a headache and very sore eyes. Two months ago also been in this pool and we have had no problems with this. However, this experience makes it no longer useful to visit the swimming pool.

A parks center located near the beaches of the north of the Netherlands. A well landscaped and clean park, with quality and spacious cottages. The activities of the dome are numerous even if some were closed during our passage. The marina located near the park is ideal for strolling along the water. For walkers or joggers, long beaches are available to you to perform a little sport. In good weather, a leisure base is located nearby.

Very nice park, great location, great location on the beach, great food. The park itself offers plenty of attractions for the kids. The houses are okay, could handle more cleanliness around it.

Someone has found a pooh bear last weekend we were in house nr 316 hope someone reads this now in it! They have searched for the park itself but found nothing

How wonderful to relax. Too bad staff were complaining. But Zeeland is definitely worth it for the whole family.

Center well located in a marina. Not too far from the beach but not next door either. Small pleasant house but attention to some are 2 floor and staircase in whirlpool. Salon small but the goal is not to stay inside. Pool good (rapido, mud, wave, space for smaller). Different restaurant so I advise against taking the vouchers for only 1 rest.attention budget budget for activities everything is paid.

It's an amazing place! The houses are clean, don't worry about that. There parking spots for cars near the houses and there is a huge parking lot. The swimmingpool has great slides and different pools, it's often busy there. There are lots of different stores and restaurants in the market dome, you can eat lots of different foods. There is also a very fun and pleasant arcade, you can play golf and attend lots of shows. There multiple air hocecky and pool tables.

Nice park with very friendly staff! An absolute must.

Nice park. Unfortunately, under the well-known standard of center parcs. The wild water course was closed and will be for a longer time. Also the bowling balls of the bowling alley were very old

Nice setting with the Marina. The on-site restaurants are expensive and the snacks bad. Pool very well. Super cottage. We even had a fireplace.

Nice and quiet around this time, food was superb.
Only have to properly check your papers for what you are entitled to.
Also pay attention in shop if bill is correct.
Recommended for the rest.

Wen fantasties park beautiful houses definitely worth repeating

We were there on the weekend. Our VIP house right on the marina harbor was really great. We can not complain much, except the spiral staircase. This was very shaky and not so well suited for 2 big dogs. The rest was great. The sea was only a short ten-minute walk away. We would go back anytime :)

The park is average. Accommodation, main building and port are ok. But nothing more.

The real advantage of this park is its location, because you can discover Zeeland from there and there are numerous attractions in the area. This also includes a very long beach accessible at ground level.

We went on a school trip to Center Parc.
the parc is really very nice, the houses are very well equipped.
I was in house 585, which was right on the water.
However, I found that the parc was designed for families with little ones.
Still it was a great ride

We came here with a mystery park booking through a different provider. Glad there was a free upgrade from comfort to premium. Still, at premium I expect some dots on the i that were not all there now. Dimple in the mattresses, poorly flowing sink, failure in the light (but easily resolved by the service department). The pool at Corona time was ridiculously busy despite the measures. It is quite a nice pool, but do not let each house swim 3 x 3 hours but 2 or 3 x 2 hours and limit the number of people a little further.
Also a pity that if you want to play mini golf on the nice indoor course at 7.30 pm, it is closed. Plaza is not really something for the evening either. Ten o'clock house is on time, a pity that the mini golf is not yet open. The surroundings are also beautiful with a beautiful beach, nice places.
If we had paid the full price, I would have felt cheated here.

Apartment recently refurbished but didn't look as if it had been recently cleaned to a good standard; cobwebs in many corners! 2 gas rings didn't work for the duration of our visit (5 days). Amenities across the site are dated and need an upgrade. Wi-fi very poor and intermittent at best. Great area for bike rides and the hire bikes were more than adequate and reasonably good value. Swim area only adequate. Rapids were too slow and with too little water in. Ouddorp, locally, worth a visit - a few nice eateries. All-in-all a bit negative but our group, 10 in total, with 3 young children, had a great time.

Nice park, nice facilities and lots of entertainment for the children. Lovely with a beach in front of the park, indoor swimming pool with children's play area and fun slides.
Operation could be a little faster, or better instructed. Consumptions are expensive, looking up a local supermarket is better than at the park. This is supplemented enormously poorly.

Nice park with everything you want for and with small children. Super nice swimming pool, also for the little ones. And a super cool whitewater course. The only downside was the interaction with the staff in the hospitality industry, here is poor attention, which means that the hospitality industry misses out on a lot of money due to guests who have to wait a long time and therefore walk away. More guidance from the staff would certainly help

It was very nice, but in my opinion the water in the aqua mundo was not warm. Also the pager that you get when you order something did not go off, but I indicate that.

Cool nice houses, nice pool where you can spend a lot of time, nice activities, Zodiac was super fun!
Organically, some work points!

This remains one of the nicer parks. Especially in terms of atmosphere and location. Stay was an apartment in the park. These have recently been refurbished, which worked out well! Nice and atmospheric.

Super nice park. Our cottage was tidy and everything we needed was available. The beds were a bit less. These were very hard. The only thing I miss is an indoor playground in the park. For children up to 2 years, there is little to do at this park. Especially in warm weather this park is perfect. Nice and close to the beach.

Well, it remains Center Parcs. In the brochure and website it all looks good, but when you get there it is always disappointing. Marketing is therefore probably quite sufficient.

I think the house is okay but a bit on the small side. Nice view of the sea and you can place your boat well. There are many but also nice restaurants. Also a beautiful house with cheerful colors. Also nice that you can take your dog with you. What is also cool is that there are real flamingos! The pool has many slides. Some scary and some not scary. There are many fun activities to do such as a bouncy castle on the water and borrow bicycles; so actually I think it is worth 4.5 stars you can walk nicely along the beach and there is a dog wash with many different positions Such as shampoo condition and anti-flea shampoo

Aqua mundo nice, expect waiting at restaurants, shops ok.

Recent family holiday. Another good Center Parcs. Lovely area, very pretty and plenty to do for all the family. Do as much or as little as you want.

Have visited many parcs but this is the best so far, will come more often
