Center Parcs Europe Review

Bad hygiene, dirty house, moldy bedding. Price / quality out of proportion and very bad that this is offered during Corona.

In itself a beautiful large park where you can experience a lot. However, the houses are rather mediocre. Every night it rattled on the roof which was not repairable.
For friends who want to party, as we on New Years Eve it is very suitable but not for a family holiday or for two.
For dog lovers, it is a nice tour to go for a walk. And even to the North Sea is only 5 minutes walk.

Nice cottage, location close to the sea BUT expensive! A mini Aqua Mundo, really mini. Little offer for children. A lot of car traffic in the park. Price performance leaves much to be desired. Pity ! But all very friendly and in a good mood.

Cottage 6 person comfort was unfortunately really outdated. It smelled very strange and really needed some paint and maintenance. Restaurant buffet was a bit further away but really top arranged. Super staff and the cook was involved and made quality of his product. Allergy information also clearly present. Swimming pool also very uncluttered and very friendly staff. The snackcorn was a bit awkward. Staff were unable to answer the question of allergy information with certainty and it was a bit slow and uncertain. Yet also extremely friendly.

Great that new bungalows will make you so happy, real holiday / beach feeling

Especially the deer at our door were spectacular. Furthermore, Centerparcs is everything you need for a while away.

We chose staying here due to the close proximity to the beach and being near a town centre. We have enjoyed the regular experiences of center parcs ie the water park, Swan ride and mini golf. This resort also has indoor trampolines, squash and tennis. We have eaten on site and in the town centre.
Our cottage is beside the large pond which gets the sun from midmorning through to evening. Perfect for summer evenings.

Dishwasher did not work properly because the rollers were missing on the lower basket, fridge with ice dispenser extremely loud, everything a bit stale. The center is very small and the swimming pool too. There are nicer Center Parcs. The location is great, only a few minutes walk to the beach.

Food too pricey, despite the guests complaining, the prices remain high ...

Beautiful surroundings. Good park, unfortunately the house we stayed in was old and minimally furnished. Good service

For the price Nieks is to do with a child of 9 when and outside is cold.
Jump Xl you pay 8.5 for an hour but if you come at 16:15 you pay 8.5 for 45 minutes

Mit dem Sprinter/ Zug ist man innerhalb einer halben Stunde in Amsterdam.

Had a good experience since I was here with friends for a couple of days. The park is really close to the beach and activities such as bowling and squash are nice. The cottage we stayed in however was outdated, including a non-functional dishwasher and thus super dirty dishes and glasses. We were also missing bed sheets in one room. I didn't mind too much, however, I don't think this park is at a level that Center Parcs strives for. As of writing this, they are constructing new premium and VIP houses close to the beach, which could be a welcome upgrade to this park.

Great location near the beach. Zandvoort has a nice center. The cottages are dated. Price / quality ratio is not good in high season. It is a basic cottage with no more than the basic. If you make something of it yourself, it's a great location. Staff is great and very friendly.

A very nice park with friendly staff and delicious food, especially in the restaurant. The breakfast in the hotel is unbeatable and the bread deliveries are very diverse and offer various types. The Aqua Mundo is fine and there are many activities such as Lasertag, which is a lot of fun. The houses are very clean and extremely comfortable!

A little older CenterParc but in VIP and premium houses still a very good price-performance ratio

Old decor. Hardly any power outlets. Badly thought-out room design (glass inserts over all doors, thus bright bedroom, if the parents are still awake). Towels and sheets were simply thrown in the front door. Toilet smells like at the train station. Everything has to be paid extra. Definitely not worth 900 euros per week. We will not come anymore.

Nice park, plenty to do for young and old. Just walk and you are on the beach. A somewhat smaller pool, but great for the kids. Cottages somewhat dated.

They are renovating and the not yet renovated houses are very tiring ... a sea of minor inconveniences. Too bad ... the whitewater course is really worth it .. but the rest is really outdated.

We have booked a VIP house for 4 people. In the description was a luxurious interior, a sauna, etc. specified. As we entered the house we immediately noticed the dirty toilet. The toilet seat was extremely loose and the light did not work. The parquet floor on the pictures became a tiled floor in our house. The also promised rain shower was a calcified rain cover in a bathtub. One thing was a negative in the whole house: the cleanliness. Everywhere was dirt and dust that had already formed into whole bushes. The luxurious interior is then an armchair and a sofa, which could just as well be thought for the garden. One of the two televisions did not work, then later showed a ghost image. There were 5 sockets throughout the house. One for the TV in the bedroom, one next to the TV in the living room, one behind the microwave for all kitchen appliances and upstairs in the bedroom right next to the door. The pots, plates, etc. were all greasy and also more than dirty. Our problems could not be solved by the WhatsApp service.

Well renovated accommodations. It was time to replace the over 30 year old interior. From the outside, the houses have also been renovated, as have the well-designed terrace spaces. Now you can also go there with your family.

A rundown shit !!!

We arrived and looked forward to the next 5 days and did not realize what we had booked for a muck. We arrived and we immediately got a pungent smell in the nose that stank of eggs. But then we came into the bedroom and then we got the force. 2 cribs pulled together, where the blanket had holes, stood in a room that stunk as if someone in the room oriniert! To the big surprise, the bathroom was no different. It was as small as if it were designed for a kindergarten child. We at least hoped that the TV would work properly, but not even the remote control responded !!!

Overall, it would have been a good apartment, if this only 10 per night would have cost. Never again!!!

Unfortunately very run down hotel rooms, the high price not justified!

Park needs to be thoroughly renovated. Markedome and bungalows look outdated and poorly maintained.

Can I only recommend since the beach is almost on the doorstep.
The cottages are absolutely acceptable

Very clean place. The people are very friendly. Hospitality goes above and beyond. Here you can experience pure vacation.

weekendje geweest!! was echt super. dichtbij het strand en zwembad was ook geweldig!! heerlijk gegeten. we gaan zeker nog een keer terug.

Could be better. With this beautiful weather. There was no umbrella or sun towel on the terrace. You have to sit inside with 34 degrees.

Holiday complex beautifully located. Dwelling houses, however, shabby and too expensive.

Huge dated park with a very small center. For a football team great for a family, a huge scraper. We have seen beautiful fallow deer in the park.

Small nice park, everything is there what you expect from a CenterParcs. Quiet Parc with nice houses.

Hello, we visited Center Park Zandvoort from 10.1 to 13.1. The first problem is that you can only get into the apartment from 3:00 p.m. We checked in at 3:00 p.m. We booked an 8-man house on arrival Just finished cleaning. You can't say cleaning up. Everything was still totally dirty, everything still looked like sow dishwasher, the dishes were still totally dirty. The dirty rooms, the bathroom really sucks everything and we wanted a different room everything had no problem then 2. 6 man houses and then they were worse than before. So again to the reception said that the houses are worse. We then kept the booked house and get a voucher for the bowling. So the park is really in need of renovation (are partly in need of renovation) The swimming pool is not up to date anymore except that the slide is out hr gut.The arcade many devices did not work So I can only give 0 stars there once and again and everything overpriced

Beach great.Animation good. Goods in the house 450 with 7 persons and dog accommodated. The cleanliness inside and out disgusting. On the terrace lay tampons and various utensils. Will complain to us next week at the travel agency.

Nice place for the family and the staff is friendly

A Sch ... house unparalleled! Or the siff-hell of death. I can only advise against arriving here. The house was not cleaned for weeks. Traces of predecessors in the kitchen, in the bathrooms everywhere. On top of that, nothing really works and is hopelessly old and unkempt. Really again. In the rooms there are reading lamps, unfortunately there are no bulbs in it. Would bring nothing because there are again no sockets for it. There is a terrace, the table breaks on it but almost together ....
And for every fart you have to pay extra! effrontery

Knus park met voldoende faciliteiten. Wij verbleven in een gerestyled viphuisje. Complimenten voor het huisje. De badkamer was luxe en voorzien van bubbelbad, sauna en tv.
Bovenverdieping 2 slaapkamers met prima bedden.

Zwembad is leuk jonge en wat oudere kids. De nieuwe wildwaterbaan maakt het feest helema al compleet. Nadeel tijdens ons weekendje was dat de jumpxl wegens technische redenen gesloten was voor de duur van 1.5 week. En laten we nou net dit park gekozen hebben voor de jumpxl. Een enorme domper voor onze kids.

Wij waren in de winterperiode in dit park. Ik kan mij voorstellen dat het in de zomer heerlijk vertoeven is.

It is a pity that the 6-person bungalows are not on the ground floor

Breakfast for bungalows in the hotel, which is not just around the corner. Parking costs then extra. It was not particularly good, scrambled eggs were cold, no real yoghurt findable, unloving, dirty tables, dark (brown color like in the 80s) ...

Be careful not to get a bungalow near the Laser Arena. Since then you are in the afternoon for two hours to gePIEPT (no joke that is really headache of the ticket ....)

The park would do a renovation well ...

Het is fijn en goed om te zien dat het park eindelijk de upgrade en vernieuwing heeft gekregen die het verdiende. Jammer dat er geen airco's zijn geinstalleerd.

Het ziet er weer prima uit. Huisje waa schoon en netjes.

Park is being renovated. But it did not bother. We had a newly renovated bungalow where one or the other was not there or worked but after we said it everything was brought or repaired. Very close to the beach about 100, 150m from the park border. We have booked a bungalow nearby. Breakfast buffet is available at the Strandhotel. This is also delicious but costs 14 but it was great for our girls we.

Unfriendly staff, unkempt park. There are nicer places to go on vacation.

This was our first time in a Centerparc. The houses are a bit dated, but still clean and habitable. They should be renovated in 2019 as well. The AquaMundo is great, also clean and nice for kids.

Nice park in the dunes. Good location relative to the beach, walking about 10 minutes. Standard houses not special, very dated! Can really use a major makeover! Pool neat and nice and warm. Breakfast buffet was busy and not much special. Nice and helpful staff. WiFi via KPN hotspot. T-mobile 4G good range, Vodafone 3G also good range (4G cannot test).

Er is niets maar dan ook niets VIP aan de VIP Cottages. Een Dolce gusto machine, met wel 2,5kopje koffie wat absoluut niet te drinken is, broodjes aan huis, maar dan wel hele simpele keiser broodjes die droger zijn dan m'n moeders achterwerk, een "VIP" badpakket met... niets?
Het interieur van het huisje is erg verouderd, wat eigenlijk voor het gehele park geldt. Alles is oud, slecht onderhouden en simpelweg slecht. Het zwemparadijs is net zo verouderd als de huisjes en valt enorm tegen. Als laatste de te huren fietsen. Wederom niet onderhouden. Ik heb in tijden niet zulk enorm verroeste kettingen gezien. Daarnaast had ik in twee dagen tijd twee lekke banden, had de volgende fiets een aanloper met het voorwiel en uiteindelijk een fiets die wel vooruit kwam, maar het in en uit de versnelling schieten voor lief moest nemen.
Ik zeg, bewaar je geld en ga naar een ander park.

The pool is clean and tidy it is not a pool we are used to from Center Parcs but nice warm water and nice slides!

The cottage was acceptable, but you notice little innovation. It still looks a bit dated. The kitchen was not cleaned properly, which is very untidy, especially in the Corona era. A quality mark does not say everything. There were crumbs in the microwave, on the gas stove, and the cutlery drawer all had dirty and unwashed knives and spoons. Cars have to be moved to the central parking space after unloading, but cars are left everywhere in the park itself. The food is quite pricey compared to the quality. It is very hot on top of the 1st floor and almost unbearable. In our VIP cottage there is nothing like a sink or bathroom. Really not useful with children. The stair gate is rickety and makes a lot of noise when opening and closing. I will not come back here.

Modernized houses. 5 minutes to the beach. Sit down and do nothing. No crowded beach just to enjoy the vastness.

The hotel was the best for us by centerparc, great location right on the beach, very nice staff and a super delicious breakfast buffet

Center parks are easily prone to exaggeration here.
The Aqua Mundo is very small here. Cabin showers only on request.
The restaurants in the park do not offer much choice and close very early in the evening.
The staff is very friendly and the park suitably embedded in the surrounding nature.
The beach is barely 5 minutes away.
The center of the city can be reached in about 15 minutes on foot.
A supermarket can be found in the adjacent residential area.
