Center Parcs Europe Review

Nice bungalows and a fantastic beach. We have a dog and he was in paradise. Lots of dog buddies and very relaxed people. We have reserved nicely again for next year.

All in all, an ok hotel, with nice rooms and nice cleaning. If you live on the right side of the hotel, there is also a nice view of the water.
The breakfast was basically lacking nothing but was without variation in the 7 days we ate there. A bad coffee (personal opinion) and a somewhat canteen-like presentation of the food, as well as the fact that you have to clean up after yourself, pulls a little down in the overall rating.
Friendly and service minded staff everywhere.
The hotel is part of (or has next to) a water and play area, where it is also possible to use the spa area (sauna, steam room and jacuzzi) for a fee (15 euros for 2 people)
Zandvoort is a cozy beach area, but with a lot of people on the beach and in the streets.
The area is highly recommended.

De medewerkers zijn enthousiast en hulpvaardig. De aanwezige bungalows ondergaan momenteel een grote renovatie wat ook zeer noodzakelijk is. In vergelijking met andere branchegenoten valt dit gewoon tegen. Wij hadden een nog niet gerenoveerd huisje en dat was echt gedateerd. Douche in de badkuip (levensgevaarlijk voor ouderen) veel te weinig stopcontacten. Inrichting qua stijl jaren 70.. Een wifi die het niet deed. De douchemengkraan (niet thermostatisch) die slecht regelde. Matige verlichting op plekken waar je zou willen lezen. Het schuurtje is te klein voor 2 volwassen fietsen dus als je een slaapkamer over hebt..... De omgeving is prima zo vlak bij strand hoewel je zelfs buiten het hoogseizoen veel touristen zult zien.. En Zandvoort is natuurlijk niet mooi (meer). Maar om te fietsen in de omgeving bv richting Haarlem is het geweldig.
Op zich matig maar ik ben erg benieuwd hoe eea er na de renovatie zal uitzien. Een 2e kans

Old park. Pool is small and dated. Some houses have been renovated but most have not yet. Market dome small and with limited space. Location very good, park is meh.

Optimal um mit Hunden einen Urlaub an der See zu machen.

Park is unfortunately getting very old, the area needs a bit of care.
For a VIP or premium house but absolutely not sustainable, too bad!
Location close to the beach, racetrack and city is of course great.

however, there are dog batches everywhere and the loading in the park is very expensive
The houses are warm and cozy

if you want to go to a centerparcs I will check out Hijderbos or Eemhof Choosing those are the best but in Zandvoort you are close to the Strand that is.

So now for the money, you can treat yourself to something better.

The rooms are not a perfect environment because they are just small and the beds are not that big either.
In addition, in the last days of the car park was almost completely full we were lucky enough to get one.
And generally, the park was not very well maintained.

Nice subtropical swimming pool with wave pool, outdoor swimming pool with cold plunge pool. Hot bubble baths, and a competition pool with cinema (beamer) and a toddlers' pool. Pricey in terms of entrance, but you can stay all day for that. It is a shame that the lockers still have to be locked with an old-fashioned key instead of a code. Lockers can be used by means of an access pass (first 100) or else with a 2 euro coin.

Nice and clean cottages. The actual cottage looks bigger in the pictures, but it's still great. You're allowed to have your dog with you for a single 25 fee, which is also great.

Much outdated. Not customer friendly everywhere. The restaurant in particular was disappointing in terms of food and service, the staff were hardly present. Fortunately, the coffee was not charged for this.

It has been described a lot here but the cottages are old and poorly maintained. VIP cabins go on at other parks for comfort, that is how bad they look. Service like sandwiches was good, hospitality is not okay.

We were there 1 week. It was really an extremely nice holiday. I can not say so much, it would be too much for the rating, but you have to be there!

We were in the Aqua Mundo, the swimming pool is wonderful. The new outdoor area has a lot of fun for young and old

Were here in November 2017. The entire park is very dated. I think it will be completely renovated soon.

A great place, especially for families with small children.

Total dirty club. Use the most unnecessary reasons to throw out groups to make nice money by re-letting these houses ... so outrageous, honestly. Who makes a graduation trip there can pack again after 2 days because of 'disturbance of the peace'! Never again Center Park !!!!

A week's holiday with my future wife. She opens the window in the hotel and you can smell the sea. Class. The rooms are cozy, almost familiar. Good ambience. Toilet a bit used, but clean, bathroom fully okay. Swimming pool fully okay. The best: the breakfast buffet is amazing: coffee: great, scrambled eggs: without salt, cool, fruit salad: without sugar, great. Bread rolls: crispy. All in all: a class holiday with beach feeling and delicious food. Amsterdam easily accessible. Class. We will be back.

Flink verouderde accommodatie (8 persoons). Niet goed schoongemaakt en wegen in het park toe aan renovatie. En paden niet rolstoelvriendelijk. Bij aangeven van deze info bij de service balie, geen tegemoetkoming in kosten mogelijk.
Aqua Mundo was fijn qua waterpret, maar ook dit toe aan renovatie.
Met elkaar heel gezellig gehad gelukkig.

Overall it's ok, if you like to cook for yourself. But If you intend to go out for dinner, id rather book a hotel for a similar price next time. The aqua dome was very disappointing and also the whole park was not worth it to me. The fact that you have to park your car outside of the housing area was also a bit annoying. They sell it like a car free park, but to me it's rather badly organised or nonexistent parking space. Others Center parcs have better solutions for this.

Nice and quiet and close to the sea. But the aqua mundo was not great.

Very friendly employes, quick repair, modern Standard Bungalows, 10 Person VIP Bungalows need urgent Upgrade. Sofa not confortable.

Little old junk, house (8 people, family) is in need of some more modern decoration for that money. Swimming pool and petting zoo in itself neat. Too bad you have to pay for the wifi.

Houses of very different quality. Food etc. unreasonably expensive. The main pavilion has not been renovated in 20 years. Personsl not particularly helpful. The location near the beach is good, they are dog-friendly too.

The nearby beach is the best of the whole vacation there (we were the last week of august 2018)
Unfortunately, there are not many offers for children between the ages of 3 and 5 and there are only 2 very small playgrounds.
The swimming pool is okay.
The houses or in the house where we were it was not very clean because it was only vacuumed and not wiped wet.
So the whole floor was still full of sand.
The walls were partly dirty and should be repainted on the upper floor is carpeted floor which was also not so nice.
I think it should be renovated.
I'm used to a lot better from the centerpark in France, le trois forets

However, as I said, there is something on offer on the beach and in the next-door race track.

Very good quality, great rooms with sea view, very friendly staff, great breakfast buffet!
The location is just great, just a few meters to the beach. to the city or to the racetrack.

We have noticed that the park has recently done a lot of renovation. The house we were in had recently been completely refurbished and at the park they were busy renovating various other houses. A pity that the Market dome deserves some attention in terms of maintenance, but it is certainly not bad. Everything is within walking distance of the Circuit and the BMW driving experience, and a 5-minute walk from the beach.

Very nice .... not completely new, but perfectly ok .... all u can eat in the hotel is in need of improvement .... otherwise recommended!

Good hotel, only a lot of noise in the room in strong winds

For the price no towels and bed linen in the apartment is already blatant ... Then at the post on request it will be delivered and all thrown in a blue trash bag in the hallway. The price for the towel and linen package I write better not, because that is luxury as in any Hilton hotel. The cleaning was also very rough and very unhygienic. There is definitely a need for improvement.

Very run down and dirty, some very unfriendly staff. The aqua park is very well preserved and offers a variety of entertainment options.

The place is beautiful and always worth a return trip. The hotel is located directly on the beach and offers a great view of the promenade and the sea. The hotel itself is visually getting old, but the rooms are very clean and comfortable. The only small drawback is the light in the bathroom. If you want to shave yourself dry as a man in the morning, you have a problem because the light output is not really good. The breakfast buffet is very delicious and very rich. The room service is very good.

Heavily outdated houses with hiddious furniture. House smells like moisture. Shame that they make you pay so much for this.

Been to the pool, nice slides and a wave pool. Fairly busy in the pool.

What a bad park, this old, overdue maintenance, small pool with ceiling, and catering staff is a drama. Incapabel and antisocial. The restaurants are more closed than open, and if you arrive after your booking and the buffet restaurant where you have breakfast closed booked falling against dirty that they should report any best. Bad that Center Parcs are catering outsourced to Albron, these two clearly different views on the implementation of hospitality.

Haben eine Woche in einem VIP Cottage verbracht. Leider (noch) etwas von der alten Sorte, wird allerdings umgebaut.

Awesome just great! Super close to the sea. Very friendly staff. Many offers for families. Nice houses, quiet. Great for a short vacation but also for longer stays. Will Mall still come here with my family.

Ok for a short trip, but one week is too long. Think it is better to rent a private challet somewhere at the beach or the city center. If you are interested in Motorsports, its the right place for you. You can access the dunes around the track for free and can take a hike.
The supermarket is quiet expensive, but I think this is normal if you buy your stuff right in the park.
The VIP House is not worth the Money. Almost the same like a regular one. You can reach the beach within 10 minutes by foot, amsterdam is about 45 minutes by train, costs about 10 .
Good for a short trip if you don't want to stay in amsterdam

The renovated houses are beautiful and well cared for inside. In our case there was unfortunately not properly cleaned. Everywhere hair and dust are plucked and the building material was still everywhere. The park itself is very bare, sandy / muddy and a little desolate. Swimming pool is super! Cool new whitewater course

Although the park doesn't give me the usual CenterParcs feeling it looked nice. The pool is a nice temperature with two slides. I went for dinner to the restaurant: the grill. The food was nice but the service could have been better.

Nice park to stay a few days (with small children). Everything is well maintained, but we are fairly dated. Nice swimming pool and a great supermarket on site. Also in the house everything is old and the sleet is nice, but everything is clean and everything works well.

Strongly outdated park. Many sockets in the house no longer worked. In terms of cleanliness it was not good. The pool was dirty and not maintained as well as the changing areas. We were 9 people in total for a much too small house. Several guns from the laser shoot did not work and this could not have been due to the price to pay. Not highly recommended. Regrettable.....

An aging Centerpark desperately in need of a refresher, the swimming pool, as well as the accommodations.

Happy surprised by this park. The cottage we stayed in was recently renovated and looked exactly like the pictures. It was clean and equipped with everything you need during a weekend away. The breakfast was good, but unfortunately no variation. The big plus for this park is the location. The park of centerparcs is normally located many kilometers from civilization, but this park is ideally located. Shops, restaurants and of course the beach in the vicinity. Will definitely come back.

What CenterParcs has achieved in the course of the cancellation of the trip and the associated reimbursement is in my eyes not excusable - despite all understanding of the Corona situation. No communication, mail addresses are switched off, no fax and an overloaded, unfriendly and lying hotline. In my eyes, an absolute insolence to deal with paying customers. In the end, we only had success by clarifying PayPal and returned our money within 14 days. Despite several stays in different parks, we will no longer be a guest in a Center Parcs due to the incidents. I'd rather pay a few euros more in another location, but at least don't let my consumer rights be trampled on ...

Everything is pretty outdated. Beach class. Good connection to Amsterdam.

Old and dated though clean but do not recommend to friends

We rented a VIP house for 4 persons for a long weekend (2 adults, 2 children 2 and 3 years old) with bread service in the morning including WLAN in the house. When we arrived we found everything clean and were greeted very friendly. Both in the house and in the park, we loved the child-friendly facilities (cot, high chair, kettle, etc ...) and the loving interaction with the children. Compared to other parks, this park is rather small, but for our kids the car-free terrain was ideal for cycling and running. And also the swimming pool made for bright excitement (small water slides, water toys, whirlpool, wave pool, etc.) In the evening we enjoyed the buffet in the market restaurant with direct sea view and there was something for every taste. All in all a successful short trip, not least because of the beach walks in the immediate vicinity. For a long weekend we would come back anytime.

Have been going there for years, and great after the renovation.

Park ideally placed near Amsterdam. The bungalows deserve a refreshment however they are well equipped and very functional. The water park is a bit dated.

Little houses equipped with everything you need. The furniture is rather old, location close to the beach, pets allowed . Don't shop in the grocery store of the parc, it's quite expensive. Wifi was 25 for 4 devices, but we were 6 people in the house I wouldn't want to stay longer than a week because of the limited space. Also there's no cleaning in between the days. Anyway, it's a good place for families with kids and pets.

Not worth the price. Room equipment from the 1970th plant looks underlaid. Last time there never been again.

It's just wonderful. The service, safety and helpfulness. Can anyone recommend to go on holiday.

You have #centerparcs and Centerparcs, this park doesn't actually bear the name. The centerparcs feeling is missing. Atmospheric is the word. Time for a total makeover ?!

Eine einzige Katastrophe!


Alles war sehr hervorragend.

Dann entschieden wir uns, noch eine Nacht am Meer zu verbringen.






Wir gingen zur Rezeption und verlangten ein anderes Zimmer.

An Schlafen ist dort absolut gar nicht zu denken.

Auf Beschwerde an der Rezeption wurde geantwortet, dass es eben am Meer so sei, dass es zieht.

Ein Hotel bedarf manchmal etwas Investition.

Man bot uns an, einen Bungalow abseits vom Meer zu beziehen.
Jedoch hatten wir explizit ein Zimmer mit Meerblick gebucht.




Dem Verhalten der Rezeptionistin nach waren ihr diese Beschwerden nicht neu.
Hauptsache, das Geld vom Kunden ist im Voraus da.
Wir wollten abreisen. Ich brauche nicht in einem Hotel zu schlafen , ohne ein Auge zuzubekommen.



Absolute Frechheit.

For a stable drinking vacation optimal.
No one came to take off on the day of departure .. one could have said earlier that people do not mind

It was a nice place to be but the cleaners are allowed to clean more at the corners there was still dust and the only ATM was almost a whole week defective
