Dr Viswanath is professional and friendly. Making appointments has gotten much faster and better. No longer on hold for hours. My only complaint is if I have an appointment at 2 and someone whose appointment is at 2:15 but comes in 30 seconds before me, he is taken first. Happens many times. Why make an appointment? Just show up.

Dr Kevin Nadel isn t only a physician, he s an artist!!! He is so sweet, pleasant and has such a gentle hand. I ve received 6 knee injections and every time I barely feel anything. He knows what he s doing and I highly recommend him for anything ortho related. I would trust him with anything!!

Dr. Bachner is informative and takes time to talk to you and answer your questions. I have had two surgeries done with him and they both turned out great. The office staff are all friendly as well.

Dr. Fields is great and the staff is too. BUT, I had a 9 AM appointment for a 2 month post op, supposedly to be his first of the day. I needed to get done ASAP to take my wife to her VERY important doctors appointment. Well I was call in at 9:15 to do vitals and waited another 20 minutes until the Doctor saw me at 9:35 for 5 minutes! Well my time is just as valuable at his!!! And I was a bit miffed.
I should have been told that he was late. Luckily the traffic was light and we mad the other appointment on time . That was from your Westlake office to Mission Hills!! I did not need the anxiety waiting alone in the exam room.

I had a bad fall on a marble floor ironically at a skilled nursing facility which left me in excruciating pain so called 911 and ended up at the nice and calm ER at West Hills Hospital thinking I had maybe a badly bruised bone.

I was seen by Dr Rah who informed me thsthat t Ihad actually fractured my hip. Fractured sounds so much nicer than a broken bone, but Dr. Rah went on to inform me in a very calm manner that he would have to operate on it that night ruining my evening plans.That was a bummer.
I woke up in the hospital bed in a surprisingly sunny room. I was very well taken care of while there.
He told me the surgery eent really well and he was able to fix it.The best news any surgeon has given me after a surgery that also turned out to be true.Long story short after just 6 weeks and another xray, Dr Rah advised that I was healed and could start full on PT and weight bear on my left.
So if you fracture a bone, and need a skilled orthopedic surgeon who is also a nice person then hopefully you will be able to get Dr. Rah.
