Dr. Fields is great and the staff is too. BUT, I had a 9 AM appointment for a 2 month post op, supposedly to be his first of the day. I needed to get done ASAP to take my wife to her VERY important doctors appointment. Well I was call in at 9:15 to do vitals and waited another 20 minutes until the Doctor saw me at 9:35 for 5 minutes! Well my time is just as valuable at his!!! And I was a bit miffed.
I should have been told that he was late. Luckily the traffic was light and we mad the other appointment on time . That was from your Westlake office to Mission Hills!! I did not need the anxiety waiting alone in the exam room.
