I have paid the amount 652.07 rs. for hsrp through upi and amount was deducted but it was showing amount is still pending.I have also mailed you but reply came from your side and also all your contact no.s are busy everytime.

I wish there would be an option for negative rating. Very poor customer care services.
Customer executive behavior very rude. She does not have the knowledge about the process.
And there is no process of cancel the order. I think Government should cancel their license.

i have received very poor quality of HSRP. Double numbers are showing in my plate. stickers are damaged, lined with black markers. such a very bad experience with you.

I have applied for HSRP for my two wheeler and completed the transaction using mobile wallet, though my amount got deducted your site displays nothing as if no transaction took place and I don't see any invoice as well after logging to your site as well.
Your customer care number doesn't respond as well.

I tried to book high security number plate installation from the website on 21-Dec-20 but the amount got debited from my credit card but I did not any confirmation about the booking.
Celex has been selected to do a very responsible job to issue and book high security plates but if the transactions keeps failing and the users are unable to book a slot or Celex is hard to reach out on email or through phone calls then this very sad.

Fake company "Celex "
The number plate fixing date is 12-Dec-2020., but i have receive till now a Email. You had ordered for Number Plates in MakemyHSRP but unfortunately the order has been cancelled due to various miscellaneous technical reasons. I tried to contact on the mobile number (provided on the Web page) many times, but the contact number was switched off or busy. So kindly refund my Amount.
