Without any hesitation the most user unfriendly company one could ever imagine . To be fair the receptionist give you a good first taste of what to expect .

WORST COMPANY I EVER DEALT WITH!!! Very disappointing and frustrating. Service took over 2 months, no one from company was answering my e-mails... When I phoned, I was told they call me back, but they didn't. This happened 5 times. Eventually I said I want laser back unfixed - then they turn around and said it's fixed. I paid and collected to find out following day laser is actually not working.

These guys will waste your time therefore costing you money. Avoid.

I looked up a certain item I was interested in on their website and rang them to enquire about it. I had to leave a message with the Secretary as there was no one from the sales team available at the time to respond to my queries.

She said she would get someone from the sales team to give me a call. I had to ring them back after 2 days as no one got back to me. I got put through to a person on the sales team who went through my requirements and assured me that he would get back to me this time with a suitable solution/spec to what I required as he was unable to go through it then. He did not get back to me either.

Complete shower of timewasters!
