Valentine dinner. Tower Club once had very sophisticated food and service. That night, it was more a pretense of sophisticated food and service.

The food was exotic--octopus as an appetizer! But was was served was a single tentacle about 8 inches long, not well flavored. Yes, exotic. But it didn't taste very good and wasn't plated attractively. The rest of the meal followed the same pattern.

The first waiter introduced himself and said he would be taking care of us. Then he ignored us the rest of the evening, and we were served by various people, apparently whoever happened by. Except the guy who said he would be our waiter.

I think the quality of food and service at the Tower Club has fallen off significantly.

Fine dining in a high rise setting offering amazing views. You can walk outside on a balcony and even dine out there if the weather is nice. The wine selection is expansive. They offer a delicious Caesar salad prepared tableside. Their souffle, offered in several flavors, is divine. I really enjoyed the chateau briand. I have dined here a total of three times. I always experience an relaxing and wonderful meal and well above average service.

Wonderful place to have private or public networking events or social gatherings! They provide a office away from the home office and have a fabulous view. Jeff Brouse, the membership manager is awesome!

I attended a charity event here a few nights ago. My colleague and I had a wonderful time. The building is very nice and the meeting space was beautiful! The bar and wait staff were the epitome of professionalism. I love how educated each of them were in their own area of expertise and how they went out of their way to assist you in anyway possible. We really enjoyed our time attending the event...thank you!

Due to covid, I lost my job and was no longer able to continue my membership. Mind you, I still payed dues for 6 months after covid started despite the club being closed. After attempting to cancel my membership and hearing no response I had to remove my credit card from their system to prevent automatic charges I could not afford. Only after I threatened to escalate the case did they finally respond, yet they require I pay accrued dues since it was "in the bylaws." After I reminded them I had already attempted to cancel months earlier they claimed they had no record in their internal system. They asked that I provide proof despite there being no way for me to access their system after submitting a claim. Since then they have not responded and continue to send me bills. To me, this is a sign of a struggling corporation looking to take advantage of a pandemic to get something for nothing.

I few months ago I photographed a wedding at Tower Club in Tysons Corner and I absolutely loved it! Everything was so easily accessible. This is always a plus on wedding days. The getting ready rooms, the ceremony site, and reception area are all connected. And my personal favorite... the 25-foot glass ceiling atrium!! It was the perfect backdrop for my couple's wedding. The staff at Tower Club was also great to work with! I can't wait to photograph here again!

Our office is located at the towers crescent build...

Our office is located at the towers crescent building in Vienna. The tower club is located on the 17th floor of the building. I m not a member of the tower club, but my bosses are and they have invited me to the tower for breakfast/ lunches and meetings a couple of times. I have heard that they have another formal room, but i have only eaten at the crescent cafe so this review is only for the crescent cafe and the tower club reception.

You have to either be member of the tower club or a guest of the member to eat at the cafe. As far as I know, the monthly fee to be a member is $250 per month. Members share workplaces at the club tower. I have seen so many people working on the terrace on their computers. They also have separate, semi-private rooms that members can use to for meetings or presentations...members also get parking discounts and enjoy unlimited fresh homemade cookies, fruits and coffee.

As far as service is concerned - the servers were always friendly! However, a tower club receptionist wasn t very friendly and downright rude. I showed up wearing a nice dress which length was just above knees. It is the typical formal summer dress. It wasn t showing skin except in the back, it shows a very little of my bra straps. The young lady told me I could not be there because I violated their dress code. She said I had to cover my shoulders and no bra straps allowed. So I politely left. A couple of days later, I went back with my bosses and as I sat down - I observed a lot of young women coming in and out wearing far more skin revealing outfit and the very same young lady - didn t say anything! I saw her greeting them in and out. So I almost got up and asked her why she didn't bring up the dress code violation to the ladies but yet days before she made sure I was turned away...but then realized it wasn t worth my time.

Enough about her. Food was okay. I had the lobster egg benedict, it was okay. I wasn t blown away. It was egg Benedict with a few lobster meat on top. I had have got their Colorado omelet with fries. Again, it was okay. Not bad but didn t taste amazing.
I had also have their chicken tortilla soup, which was very good. And lastly had their fish - it was okay but a bit bland and bitter to my liking.
