Very honest people. Did a simple fix for me and didn't charge me a dime. All they had to do was reset my tablet. They could have charged me for some bogus repair but they didn't. Great job.

Friendly and fast service. Installed a new screen protector in minutes while I waited. Plus a good selection of phone cases.

These guys are awesome! I've had some bad experiences with some of these repair shops but a friend recommended them. I was not disappointed. Cheap fast and good.

Found them by googling top 10 cellphone repair shops in Tulsa. Got prices from all 10 and they were $55.00 less than the highest quote. On the phone he said it would take 30 minutes. He was finished in under 10. Replaced the glass in my IPhone and put a screen protector on it. I m the height of picky and I have never seen a screen protector installed better! Great customer service! Will definitely recommend them to family and friends.

Took my Galaxy S8+ in for a new screen and back glass, phone looks as good as new, had it back in a little over 24 hours only because it took some time for the new screen to come in

Had company visiting from out of town and one of their cell phones would not turn on. Found Cellular Repair nearby on the internet. Expecting at least a $50 repair it turned out to be a small issue from a recent battery replacement. Phone was ready to pick up within 30 minutes. Was told it was something simple and there was no charge. Great to find good service and good ethics at the same place. I would highly recommend these folks for cell phone repair.

Paid over $200 for my screen on my iPhone to be fixed and the same day i picked it up my phone cracked again!!!! Would not make it right in any way! Terrible way to treat a returning customer! Worst cell phone repair place ever!

Smashed the side of my screen on my Galaxy Note 9. Matt & Cory were great ordering my part and called me when it came in. Great customer service and their prices are the lowest. It only took about an Hour and I was on my way. Definitely check these guys out for an awsome job and good price.

These guys at this store are hands down the best customer service I have seen in a log time. They are not here to "get one over on you" they take the time to explain what is going on and they do not make a fix they are not 100% sure that will fix the issue you are having. I will never use another phone repair store. I live in Skiatook and will always make the drive now. Thank you for your wonderful service!

THEY REPLACE THE SCREENS WITH CHEAP SCREENS AND THEN WHEN YOUR SCREEN CRACKS AGAIN THEY WILL NOT REPLACE IT

I have a daughter that has a serious case of the drops. Cellular has been my repair group on multiple occasions. They have always been quick, effective and understand that to fix the phone they first have to get my daughter to let go. Great group of people!

Good customer service. Went in for a camera replacement on my Note 8. They broke the phone, it wouldn't turn back on no matter what they did: I lost ALL of my data; But they replaced my phone eventually. It took a week to get the new phone delivered and that was a super inconvenience.

I asked to have a Galaxy Note 3 glass replaced. They told me that it would be $80.00 to replace it. That I should know that if there is any other damage I am liable for it! So I haft to pay more if they mess up ? Really ?!

The guys are very knowledgeable and pleasant to work with. They are fast and friendly and know their stuff! This is the only place I will go to get my electronics repaired. We are always in and out very quickly and never have an issue with their work!

I brought in my working touch screen functional Samsung smartwatch and asked if they could handle a repair/replacement of the cracked back glass casing, there were no problems with the main screen itself. Shop said "yes", then when the "repair" was complete the device lost all touch screen functionality. The device has now been rendered completely useless. Would not recommend, will never return.

I went to Cellular Repair & Exchange intending to purchase a refurbished iPhone, as I was having problems with the phone speakers on my current phone. He asked to see my phone, quickly cleaned the speakers, and fixed the problem. So nice and friendly, and he wouldn't charge me anything.

I went here for the first time after leaving another cell phone store that insisted they couldn't help me. My phone was fixed in five minutes. They are professional and extremely knowledgeable. I won't ever go anywhere else.

I was in town visiting my family and had some issues with my phone. I came in and got exactly what I needed. The service was great and it was apparent the staff know what they're doing.

I had a tablet that I tried to fix myself and it would not come on again or charge. I took it and the gentleman fixed it within 45 seconds. He knew exactly what to do. He even diagnosed another problem for me and ensured it charged and turned on. I was amazed. I thought it would take a major repair or replacing. I can't thank this company enough. I walked out with a fixed tablet good as new. And the other issue is completely gone away. Awewome!!!! And they did not charge me a dime. Thanks again. Great company, highly recommended!!!!

The guys at Cellular Repair and Exchange did a great job. Fixed my phone fast and when I had in issue with the replaced screen, they replaced it on the spot without question.

Nothing personal against them good ol boys.. I know it's just "business" But they low ball you. Won't even attempt to be reasonable.or fair AND they sold me an I phone 6s FOR $200 that malfunctioned,and would NOT give me a refund or a trade. So yes 1 star. Never shop there..

I just got off the phone with Matt, His customer service was EXCELLENT. He was funny and very understanding, quoted me 150 ish for fixing my LCD on my S4. Half the price of other places. But price is fine as long as I feel he actually cares and appreciates my business!

we took our Ipad mini in two weeks ago week, they had to order the part a new LCD screen, They replaced it and we paid for it, It was still broken when we got it home, I called them back and I advise them the screen has what looks like a smudge mark trapped in between the glass and the LCD..****
They were Friendly and great and said bring it back and they would fix it we did, They claimed to have fixed it sent it home and good God same problem I called back and told them its still broken,
******this time he told me that is cosmetic damage, but offered to repair it a 3rd time by breaking the frame, I declined because twice they let a damaged Ipad leave there place of business both time claiming to have fixed it,when they didn't,.
*********I know they changed the LCD because the original problem was it had lines running through it, but when we got it back the 1st time and it had these inside smudge marks that grew on the screen and makes everything foggy like a fuzzy picture, (They sent it home like this)
the 2nd time they said they fixed it and sent it home, it had the same smudge marks *********
there will be no 3rd time, he told me the LCD doesn't always fit and my screen was bent, My screen was never bent before, it has a cover that it goes in,the cover folds it up and it make the Ipad Mini look like a book,*****
My only recourse is to try another place and have them fix it,
I told the rude guy I talk to the 2nd time, They should have told me they couldn't repair it and that the damage almost looks like water damaged that when he got rude telling me its only cosmetic not water damaged, he told me the Ipad Mini still works, I wish they would have said we cant fix it, anyways if another repair place tells me its a damaged LCD, I am taking them to small claims court for the cost to fix it at the other store, the money I spent with them and time, because this isn't right.

PS BEFORE I TOOK MY IPAD THERE I READ THE OTHER REVIEWS AND FELT SAFE..this is my experience,
I wish if someone else had this experience they would have left it, So I could have made a better decision on taking my Ipad there or knew ok, the LCDs they order may not fit, or they could have at least told us that when it left the store the 1st time they couldn't repair it 100%, They could have explained the LCD doesn't fit, we tried to repair it but are unable to get the smudge marks off the screen,it may cause some blurring given us a discount because they did repair the LCD, the problem is between the LCD and the actual touch screen he said he added tape to fix it and cant add more tape.
I did talk to Apple who offered to replace it at an out of warranty replacement,But I am going to take it to another repair place will update and tell you what they said

Their Phone is in an infinite loop. Drove 4 miles to the location to ask a question and let them know about the phone issue and the man at the counter told me it because they are busy... He was also very rude to the lady that was in front of me. Because of the attitude I chose not to have my repair done here in Tulsa.
