I brought in my working touch screen functional Samsung smartwatch and asked if they could handle a repair/replacement of the cracked back glass casing, there were no problems with the main screen itself. Shop said "yes", then when the "repair" was complete the device lost all touch screen functionality. The device has now been rendered completely useless. Would not recommend, will never return.
