Celebration Suites at Old Town Review

The staff is very nice and willing to solve the problems that arise in the stay. The hotel has free transportation to the Disney and Universal parks although the bus schedules are not the best, but not to the malls or shopings although they advertise that they do have such service. The location is very good, since it is next to an amusement park with a great culinary variety and at the entrance of the road that leads to the Disney parks.

Excellent price quality ratio. Transfers to outlets and parks. Very good location, close to restaurants and attractions.

We were from March 20 to March 30 and the attention was good. The breakfast was repetitive. They can attend to this shortcoming and vary the breakfast menu a little more. The super comfortable room with daily maintenance. In summary I would say that it is a place to return.

At 10am housekeeping just walked in hit my door with the door made me feel rushed to check out even though check out isn t till 11 she came in 5 times after that...cable reception is horrible...made coffee at 630am cockroaches were all over in cabneit and coffee pot...when I went to front desk they just gave me more coffee bags smh and then at check out addressed everything was ignored so all in all wasn t worth the money (knock before entering pet friendly rooms or any rooms) and (don t rush people) and (care about customer service) and (spray for the cockroaches)

Visited family staying in Celebration Suites. Room was a good size, had kitchen, 2 Queens, pull-out couch, and a Murphy Bed so it slept 8 people. Located really close to Disney and right next to Old Town so plenty to do.

Rooms are a bit outdated but the suites are huge...and the beds are very comfy...

15 min from the parks. Very comfortable apartments. It has many sides of Disney, for lunch and a New balance.

Fair price for what you deliver.
Those who expect luxury facilities have to pay for it.
Great ease of communicating in Portuguese.
Good reception, we stayed in a renovated room, all new, and indoors, which I consider the safest.

Currently being remodeled so not all suites are up to par. But can't complain, the price is very reasonable.

Worse place ever to stay, was here for the weekend and didn't have a TV to watch until after 5pm Sat afternoon. All I was ever told by staff was sorry, but yet you can take my money but not offer anything for my troubles. Won't stay here ever again and that's bad cause I love going to old town.

The new apartment is mmmmiiitttooo top. It is very worth it. Most very basic basic hotel.

Clean, super cozy room with everything you need, refrigerator, dishwasher, stove, microwave ... And great for anyone who wants to spend little on the parks in Orlando because you can buy them at Walmart and make snacks at the hotel ... Super I recommend it.

STAY SOMEWHERE ELSE! For starters, the "shuttle" back and forth from the parks is just them giving you a bus ticket and you riding the city bus. We were only able to use the bus once because the strict time frame made it very difficult to catch the bus. Secondly, the showers are horrid. We had 2 showers or as I like to call them, misters. The shower had no real water flow and instead sprayed you with mist. After spending 12 hours at a theme park and feeling gross and sticky, the one thing you want more than anything is a good shower. Continuing with the showers, one of our showers had half the paint flaking away, and if you tried to take a bath there would be paint chips floating with you, which made us feel uncomfortable bathing the baby in our group.

As soon as we checked in we had to speak with a Wyndham employee which tried to push their timeshare trash. After telling them I just wanted my parking pass 3 times, I just took it and walked away (she was still yapping away). Place is mediocre at best, rooms are plain. Place looks nothing like the photos, I personally wouldn't book another room here again. Only plus I see is the shuttle bus to the parks...wonder if we have to pay for that?

Clean but needed renovations. Room felt old and outdated. Also the tv channels did not work.

Great price for what we got. The only issue we had was the water pressure was terrible and we did not get the exact room we reserved.

terriebly unbelievable night staff. kicked a family with two little girls out of their room after they've room has been robbed and no alternative room was attempted to be given to them. This sort of action has to bring to your attention what kind of people who are working for this hotel. We want justice for this family and for you to learn your lesson. #DisguatingTrashyHotel

Quiet accommodation, good cost-benefit ratio, not luxurious, if your idea is to enjoy the parks with large families (more than 4) it suits you

Very good, it has everything a hotel should offer, very quiet, clean, good service and very quiet.
The location is excellent, as it is equidistant from all tourist attractions in the area.

This is a great place to stay with your big family members or a big group of people, their ROOMS are big like a apartment... you can fit easily from 4 to 10 people. The only thing is that in the 4 to 6 people,you only get one bathroom. But 6+ you get 2 bathroom. Other than that it's a great place to stay.

Loved it. The rooms are so spacious. I was able to cook on the two burner stove they have and they even had a dishwasher. We stayed in the 2 bedroom condo with 1 bath. It sleeps 8 comfortably but it was only 4 of us.

It is a pleasant surprise to stay at this hotel, excellent cleanliness, friendly staff and some speak Portuguese that helps a lot of people who do not speak English, close to the Disney parks, has free transportation to the parks and an outlet, near the hotel there are some stores like Nike, New balance, gift shop, dollar tree, restaurants: checkers, Danny's, Oliver garden, red lobster, Starbucks, IHOP, supermarkets etc etc, on a next trip to Orlando I will definitely stay at the celebration.

The place a show near everything, very friendly and above all reliable I thought I had lost a lot of money when I arrived from Disney surprise had an envelope saying that they had found money in bed and that they left me there and the truth I was very happy because that's a reliable place

Didn't realize that the property was so big! The room was very spacious and clean. The pool view room I was in was very quiet. I would stay here again.

Close to all the parks and downtown, Service was nice and fully loaded, and the rates were awesome I loved it. Will be coming back.

OMG just stay away from this place. they are the biggest bullshiters in the hotel industry. so RUDE and they think ppl have to pay what they want to charge .they give you one price to confirm. but when you get there. Surprise the hidden fees start coming out. my surprise was an extra $250.00. with I refused to pay it. because I called 4 time before I arrived. just to confirm that there would be no prise changes. they confirmed that was my price. $830.00. but of course like I said the surprises started. I can go on about how bad this place was. but it's not worth it. just listen to our and other ppl review. don't do it. stay away from celebrations suites. or celebrations dumps. wish I could post pictures. but they won't let you.. lol wonder why?

Its clean and the staff was nice. The room decor was outdated. But it was nice for the price.

It is very good has a good location very clean, good service, my family and I like it very much.

Spacious room with amenities. A/C was broken on the first night but the issue was immediately resolved. For such a cheap price, it's pretty good value.

Awesome. Our room was like a big apartment. We had a total of 6 beds including a sofabed plus a good kitchen. Its near all the parks in Orlando. Comfortable and clean. Definitely worth it.

Had our room door kicked in at 145am. They double booked us. Scared my young kids and us very bad. People argued and screamed that we were in their room. I tried calling for assistance at front office and no answer. The ph im ne in room doesnt work, you have to text foranything, but I even called front office 5 times with no answer, finally people left.
In morning left room to get breakfast and forgot Wallet, but keys didn't work to get back in (because when they programmed keys for the 140am people it cancelled ours) so locked out of our room and my dad is diabetic, walked to office and called twice over an hour finally pool guy walked by and let us in. By then no more breakfast.
Went to talk to office this morning and was told I would hear from manager at noon. And still nothing. Tried calling 3 times myself after noon and no answer at front desk.
Save your money and dont stay here. Its unsafe and staff is rude. I will be contacting BBB and all travel sites as well as the city to make them aware of the safety issue they have at this hotel.
This problem could have been made better if they acted like they cared, instead of it being funny and ignoring the issue.

I think it s the best hotel in Kissimmee for the price. I always stay here when coming for Disney, and I never had a problem. Staff is amazing, the room is very clean, great sheets and everything you need for your stay. Also, good prices! I really recommend this hotel!

very good! From the outside it does not look like much, but inside it is very clean, big and cozy. Too bad the shower comes out little water, it looks like steam bath. I'll take care of leaving the clothes to wash. The ideal is to follow the wash. Some pieces were missing

This hotel is has rooms with a kitchen and that will fit several people. Great for large groups who want to stay and save money by dividing the daily rates. Besides, it is well located!

The worst reception ever, i thought that for being a Brazilian team it would be warm and respectful reception.
I forgot the key inside my room, and the staff didnt help to go inside the room and it was cold and late at night.
Next time staff at least call who is inside the room to check.
I understand the protocol, but sometimes we also need to empathize and understand the costumer necessities.
Ive been in plenty of states around the United states, and ive never been so mistreated.
I do not recommend to anyone i know this hotel.

Worst service I've ever had among all the hotels I've stayed at. I even thought that for the team to be Brazilian I would have a more welcoming and respectful service.
I forgot my key inside the room, while mine and didn't want to confirm my identity. I understand protocol and security, but it is often necessary to understand the client's need and to have at least empathy, since I was cold and it was 11 pm.
I have visited all the states of the US, and I have never had any problem with any hospitality service, quite the contrary, they have always solved my problem with the greatest cordiality.
The Brazilian receptionist treated me very badly, and was super unfriendly, so I don't recommend this hotel to anyone.

I did not like anything, very uncomfortable. The first information given in Spanish by the receptionist was that they are not responsible for any damage to your car, on their premises, absurd.

Dated hotel with musty room. Hot water off when we arrived and toilet did not flush. Called for extra sheets for pull out bed and they never arrived. Bathroom could use a good scrub with bleach. Only plus is it is close to WDW.

room dated but immaculate, more like an extended stay. loved the separate rooms and the Murphy bed. great location, old town awesome, walking distance.
