I seriously love this park i have a season pass. An issue I have is that the bathrooms are super old and outdated and usually gross, the food in the dining plan is quite repetitive and limited. Rides are lots of fun and variety is great. One ride that I believe should probably be taken out is the dragster because it does rain or missed a lot and any little bit will shut the ride down for the entire day usually so seems somewhat wasteful to have it in that huge space.

I think Cedar Point is my favorite because how many amazing rides there are. I ve been on all the coasters and they were all amazing. (Except the Blue Streak.) but besides that, the experience there was absolutely amazing. The staff was nice, the operators were, and one time in August this year, when I rode the Gemini, the operator was so nice and funny. The only ride I didn t like was the Blue Streak. That is because it always beats your privates up.

What a fun park. Highly recommend for a family day out. Weekdays not so busy. Cheese on a stick Yum!!! Get a souvenir glass Great all day value. Bring a picnic cooler of food save on dinner. They have pavilions. Best rides on the planet for adults as well as little ones. Enjoy

Always a blast when we come here. More and more rides are added every 2 years (on average) and more entertainment options every year, too. (Seriously, go see AllWheels Extreme!) Halloweekends is a MUST-SEE!! Fun, energetic, talented staff. Will come here until I die.

It's a really nice amusement park to have fun, but if it's busy you will suffer a lot while you are waiting in the lines to get on the rides so it's better to buy the fast lane plus pass(which includes the top 5 rides) , but if it's not busy don't waste your money to buy it.
I recommend the cloudy and cold days to visit.
You must try the elephant ear there.
It's not a good place to work, i worked there last summer 2019.

Going in May, with Fast Lane Pass, rode the Steel Vengeance 5 times, the Gatekeeper back to back, never got off to reride, the Maverick several times, Top Thrill 3 times, we even rode the Raptor and Blue Streak Wicked Twister. For roller coasters, there is no better place. Midway is 3 miles so there is a lot of walking. If you come from Colorado to Cedar Point, like my sister did, Fast Lane maximizes use of your stay at CP.

Our first experience and we enjoyed it. If camping lighthouse point is ideal for being within walking distance to the rides and waterpark but the process for getting tickets needs to be polished(we had to carry a receipt to be scanned if we wanted to move between the water park and cedar point. Cedar Point could learn from Walt Disney and work on adopting the electronic wrist bands for guest for meal plan and ticket process.

Craaaaaaazy. If you like roller coaster, this park is a must for you. Great rides, specially the steel vengeance whoooo. Must rides include Maverick, dragster, millennium force, magnum xl 2000, gatekeeper and valravn. I am thankful to my friend for suggesting me this park, a day well spent. Double thumbs up.

We went early and didnt leave until late at night. The vibe never changes. I've been at this place from middle school and up, and you always get those nostalgic feelings. I wish the dipping dots weren't $7 though..lol I had like 6 of them

Simply the best amusement park for coasters. Their approach to improving restaurant and food options is becoming close to the best I've had in parks before, especially getting a Melt restaurant. The new Forbidden Frontier is actually really neat, and while it may be directed primarily at kids, the actors and activities are still very immersive and fun. They don't break character even when unexpected things happen, like baby wild animals wandering around nears guests and them caring for them... Haha

I visited here for the second time yesterday and had an amazing time. I tried to visit most of the famous coasters and I did it. Had a blast. The food inside is good but highly priced. Parking + entry ticket + food inside the expenses quickly Bild up. So it s a bit pricy place to visit. I would visit here every season if it wasn t such a rip off. The haunted house was pretty boring.
But overall, I had a lot of fun! Had a great halloweeekend

Really awesome thrill park here. We are Cedar Park Season pass holders, and this is yet another park that is included in our multi-pass season passes. This park is geographically smaller than most...but don't let that fool you! This park is jam-packed with top-notch coasters and adrenaline sparkers. Also, Sandusky has good eateries and lodging for your time out of the park.

9 hours on a cold Sunday, 150 in tickets and the park was so busy everything was a long wait. 3 rides (2 hours each) and 1 haunted house we were ran through. Several rides closed, wait for bathrooms, any food or drinks. If you love spending most of your time standing in lines it's a great time! Not near as good as it used to be.

So this weekend we took the whole family 13 of us, we made reservations in advance and the week we chose was 8/22/2020. Some staff were not friendly and seemed to be annoyed to be there. The rides were packed as well as the park. Several food stands were closed. Our 6yr old sons mask flew off during the ride and when we went to buy the picture we were denied because he didn t have a mask on. They could have had a photoshopped option to put a mask on. This was his first big roller coaster the Magnum XL 200. Must of us only where able to ride 3-4 rides several you had to get passes for and ruined the whole trip. The park had to be almost at full capacity every ride was at least 1 or 2 hour wait. We also bought the food and drink pass and they give you small cups and your inside dining does not include the drink. Of all the places we chose to go we chose cedar point, Just really disappointed.

since it was raining that week I really can t complain but the prices for food and the wait lines even having the best fast lane pass was just no worth the 200$. Now with that said The park is very clean the staff are kinda and there s lots of walking involved since it s a huge park! Will return Hopefully on a better day to really enjoy all aspects of the park.

We visited the park last week and were disappointed that most of the rides were closed a majority of the day because bad weather was possible. (It was sunny while they were closed..??) I also was confused that quite a few stands didn t open till later in the day. With the prices being so high; I wish they would let paying customers know that not everything is an option during the week and it is best to come on the weekend. Also wish there were more middle ground with the rides. There are only little kid rides or huge rides. Kind of miss the family feel of the park from years ago even though I do ride the coasters... I miss the Wild Cat, Mill Race, Disaster Transport , etc. The middle ground. Wanted to also bring to the attention of the park that we went on a few rides that we couldn t understand the announcer. Fortunately we know the rules but those who don t might miss out on the safety precautions. I will go back to the park, but was disappointed this time.

One of my absolute favorite parks because of the sheer number of coasters. But I will admit Saturday during Halloweekends was packed with people. Busier than I have ever seen it before. Steel Vengeance was a crazy long wait, but worth it imo.

So much to do, so little time! Some rides had mechanical issues but we re back up and running in no time. Would recommend the Cedar Point app to help determine wait times per ride and the fast pass is worth the $!!

Amusement park with the biggest, BEST roller coasters in the WORLD!!! The newest one which opened just this year is the craziest one of all...simply the most amazing ride you could imagine. When you think you've ridden the most awesome one they throw THIS one in the mix! Be prepared to wait an hour for each ride even after purchasing the fast pass on a weekday. It's worth the wait, trust me.

The rides are so fun and it is a really enjoyable place to go to with friends and family. The people their are also extremely nice. My friend once lost her bag and the people there took it to the lost and found. Luckily no one took advantage of it and everything was still in there.

Was a fun experience. We live 4 hours south of Sandusky and have never been there until last weekend. Rides are great food sucks (other than one bbq place in the park.) Prices are absolutely insanely high so prepare and then prepare again to get bent over and over again.

The coasters at cedar point are unparalleled. The only reason that this is a 4 star instead of a 5 star review is the poorly though out traffic patterns. It took us 2.5 hrs to get into the park after we drove the 2 hrs from Akron. Also of concern is the way the Fast Lane passes are structured. Disney offers fast pass for free while cedar fair charges an exorbitant 80 dollars a day.

The rides are awesome (5 stars), the rules are stupid: a different rule for each ride. And if you didn t paid attention to the tiny lettered sign, a cranky teenager manager will snap at you for not paying attention. I get that safety is first, but drinks not allowed in the train? It s a train (10 mph)!!! You just want to chill going back to entrance after all that walking with a cold drink!! Nope. Drink it first and then ride the train.

Disappointed and misled. Covid restrictions limited # of rides open and then several rides were down. This made for more people in the walkways & physical distancing was impossible . Website said they limited the # of people going in...I highly doubt that. Normal croud w/maybe 1/4 of the rides open. Greedy owners.

It's the best place to take kids. Something for all ages and if you need to chill from all the noise and crowds you can take a break at the beach. It would be nice to have more heathier food choices.

How is CP? Fabulous forever! You can't pick apart a giant playground where you can remain a kid at any age, I've been coming here for over 25 years and will continue for another 25 if I can. The Back Beat BBQ joint was delish.

It has been 30 years since I was here. That is not a joke, 30 years. And since then some things have changed. But they have changed for the better, except ticket prices. If you can catch one of their deals do it. If not, well I wouldn't go. Their regular prices rank up there with Disney and Universal and that is just crazy but at least their rides are real, unlike Universal. But there line app tech was spot on, park gps flawless. I was able to take advantage of the Michigan visitors deal and that was great as well. The rides were awesome food was decent for a park and the prices are what you expect when they hold you captive. I will go again as long as I get the same deal but seriously $110 at the gate pricing is crazy.

We only visted the Beach and Waterpark for the Beach Party. The whole day was completely amazing! The waterslides are a blast and the beach party was so much fun! The silent party was the best part! Great Dj and the beach was decorated very beautifully. Individual bonfires, volleyball, drinks ( if you were old enough).....FANTASTIC EXPERIENCE!

I came here for a fun day with my son. We feel like we wasted our money. We bought an unlimited drink pass but most Coca-Cola stations are closed. We waited in line over an hour at one of the few food kiosks that were open. I think it s a racket that you have the nerve to charge for an unlimited food & drink pass but so few of your food kiosks are open that I will end up losing money because I don t want to waste precious time waiting in one of those food lines again. Later, I visited a restroom that was so disgusting. Many of the stalls were out of toilet paper and there was trash all over the floor. It was not attended to in a long time. My family and I will not be returning. I am very disappointed in the customer service and lack of attention to your facilities.

parking lot person was very welcoming. amazing park. the only thing i didn't like was that when they gave me a re-entry stamp there was way too much ink on it. i was basically branded like a cow. its been over a week and not all of it has come off. Please fix.

I've been going here since I was a kid and it just keeps getting better. Great selection of both roller coasters and thrill rides, plenty of food and photo-ops, arcades, prize-winning games and gift shops. The waits normally aren't too bad during the week and the pricing isn't terribly high if you want to add benefits to your tickets. There are many boarding options both in and out of park, and the park is very easy to find immediately upon entering Sandusky. Have fun!

It is truly a rollercoaster capital of the world. All the rollercoasters are amazing. My favorite ones are Maverick, Steel vengeance and Valravn. If you want to cover many rollercoaster then I will recommend to go for fast lane plus pass. On a weekend, wait time for regular pass can reach upto couple of hours for popular rides.

So much fun!!! My whole family had a blast. We went for two days and glad we did. The first day it rained most of the day but we were able to ride more rides because there were no lines. The second day we waited two hours to get on one ride. Prices to get in were not bad at all considering all the rides they had to offer. Great place to have fun and look forward to coming back soon. Definitely the best roller coasters we had ever been on!!! I feared for my life multiple times but it was amazing!

They really have a long way to go with being disability-friendly, particularly in the area of staff training. Also disappointed in the reduced number of wheelchair-rideable attractions. When I was first a season passholder over a decade ago, there were three rides I could go on in my wheelchair: Space Spiral, Paddle Boat Excursions, and the train. Now only the train remains and often I have to wait with my family three or more times as long as ambulatory visitors because the one accessible car (yes, totally back of the bus - only the caboose is accessible and often can only manage one wheelchair in there unless both wheelchairs are particularly maneuverable or one is a pediatric wheelchair). I have been disappointed over and over again by the lack of thought to options for wheelchair users (even transfer to ride seat is often unnecessarily poorly planned, clearly without training of any of the ride ops on how to advise patrons assisting with the particulars of their ride). On top of that, I have been treated disrespectfully by some of the front staff and felt singled out for harrassment as a wheelchair user in a costume today. There are some really wonderful staff, but today was over the top bad. They are also not handling the influx of crowds with their special deal on anniversary year gold season passes. Oh and they REALLY need more family bathrooms throughout the park for those of us who need an assistant of a different gender to help us in the restroom. The 4 new ones on Adventure Island are nice, but that isn't open during HalloWeekends.

Dragster had been closed for 10 days but website says it's just "down." It should say it is closed so people are not misled. The rides we were able to get on were great but four of the main roller coasters were "down" throughout the day for many hours. For the cost, it doesn't seem fair. Also, staff was very unfriendly and not even the slightest bit apologetic. Not a great experience.
