What a great Company! The salesmen are professional and always make sure the customer is taken care of. And the service techs really do a great job in getting the lifts back up and operating. This is a great one stop shop for anything I need in my warehouse!
Rental was 3 hrs late on being delivered. Forklift broke down before a full days use. 5.8 hrs to be exact. Requested a mechanic. Mechanic showed up 6 1/2 hrs after I was told they would be there. Mechanic then informed me they accidentally put diesel in the DEF tank and it couldnt be fixed on site.
Requested the machine be hauled out and they decided not to send anyone until the following week. Before a driver ever showed up, I recieved a invoice for a weeks rental on a machine we used for 5.8 hrs... In our possession for approximately 1 day before my first contact of mechanical failure and machine was parked 4 1/2 days before they picked it up.
Invoiced a week, plus delivery and fuel charges.. This machine broke down and left us stranded in same spot we started... Customer service and the manager over the rental department was no help.
Was sent faulty equipment. Scheduling was non-existent.. and still left us without a machine to complete the project intended for... and they still sent us a bill that was ridiculous.
Unfortunately sad experience
Great company to do business with. They can handle all your forklift and warehousing projects, and just about anything else you may need. Customer Service is excellent. If they can't handle it, which is doubtful, they will find someone that can for you.
PARTS DEPARTMENT:
They do not have any parts in stock. Everything has to be ordered.
Parts NEVER arrive on time or you NEVER get the correct part, or you get a PARTIAL part.
FORKLIFT USERS IN DFW AREA:
DO NOT USE/PURCHASE DONKEY EQUIPMENT. CE-DFW its the only DONKEY FORKLIFT dealership in the area and the only place you can buy Donkey forklift parts.
When you depend on a Donkey forklift to deliver your merchandise to your customers on time. You depend on the reliable support from the manufacture or equipment dealership in a form of parts replacement, or equipment rentals while you wait for the part. Or at minimum get parts ordered to arrive on time.
Horrible Sales Department. Will not be purchasing a forklift from them EVER!!
Great customer service!!! After calling 4 more companies for a same-day service call CE-DFW was the only one who went out of their way to send a technician to diagnosed our forklift. They were honest with the diagnosed and fair pricing. I will be calling them for all my future forklift needs!!
meh just mediocre some good and some bad. Good with suggestions on our forklift. Bad with making a mess in repair of hydraulics. But worst in customer service.
My philosophy in business is when I've had a customer for 10 years I recognize them as though I know them because I do.
Their philosophy is to treat you as though they just met you and they know nothing about you even though you have been doing business for nearly 10 years!
I have been using CE-DFW for years in the N.TX market. They offer great service, value and have very experienced staff able to manage any need I may have in my facilities. The value they bring to the table whenever I call on them for any request is unmatched in my experience. I go to them for the smallest issues from a one time dock door fix to an in-depth business analysis and cost savings solution for my PIT fleet. They are a true one-stop-shop if you have 4 walls and a roof and need to focus on your daily business and leave the warehouse upkeep to them. They are a true partner in my business and have never let me down.
Parts department is horrible. ordered 2 starters took almost a week to get them and they were both wrong(not the first time this happened). They replaced one the same day, and its been another 5 days on the second one and it still isn't here. But every day we call to check on it, they tell us it will be there today by noon, and it never shows up. We definitely will not be using this company again. It's one thing to not have the part and have to order it, but to lie and say it is on the truck and will be delivered today, three days in a row is just bad management. I would give a less star rating if they had one.
Great company, great service, and fair pricing. These guys are really good at taking care of problems. If a dock leveler breaks, or a lift goes down, they always have someone available to get me up and running again.
