I personally think this company is very successful and is filled with wonderful people! I've had a chance to work with them up close and personal and they are very professional and extremely polite and do business very well. Miss Cheryl the owner is one of the most kind and selfless people I've ever met and she has hundreds of tenants and tons of property owners fighting for her business. Everyone is entitled to their own opinion but I've never seen anything negative from this company or its employees! I highly recommend doing business with them of any kind, Cheryl and her staff are wonderful people and go out of their way to help any way that they can!
I ve been renting from cc reality for little over a year now and I have to say they have made my first time being a renter on my own a easy process, mostly due to the fact Ashley goes above and beyond to make sure all my issues are taken care of . Covid has impacted certain repairs they are still upfront and continue to keep me in the loop . Gwen ans Cheryl also go above ans beyond to help out with the maintenance side. I would recommend them to anyone

Believe these bad reviews. Still have yet to. Get back to me. I am also one that was taken for the application fee be aware many companies and people are taking money this is a scam. Unfortunate because this gives me a bad taste about how ohio does business. I have a clean rental history among the other things i clearly fall under the requirements. However have had multiple people not even intending to rent to me. One person admitted that still taking applications and has not looked at mine.

I just read through all the good and bad reviews, and I find the bad reviews funny! I was a property manager for ten years, and we rent homes. So I've been on both sides of the fence! What people fail to realize is the property management company can only get the approval of the owner to fix the problems or issues with the house. Simple problems should be done by the tenants. Like changing the air filters in the basement every three months or checking for working batteries in the smoke and carbon monoxide detectors. People seem to call and complain when the situation is at it's worse instead of when it starts! I personally think Cheryl and her employees are wonderful people to work with and they are upfront and direct with you. Remember everyone, they are the middle men, meaning they can't authorize anything unless the owners do! Communication is the best key to a healthy relationship!
It s a scam. I will be resurfacing this case!!! I lived in a home for almost 7 yrs payed my landlord over $46.000 sadly instead of him realizing that and offering a rent to buy since he never had to evict me. He sold the house to cc realty. They put me in the worst position in life. Lied lied lied. Please if you make the mistake and getting involved with them, get everything in writing even the smallest things they say. I was given several leases because they couldn t make a proper rental agreement my last lease sent via email mention they aren t responsible for any deaths while they contractors do any repairs multiple times. The contractors while working complained about the company and about getting paid. They also smoked marijuana while they worked. I took photos and vids of everything I could including the roofers sent to install roof due to court orders. Drank as they did their job and had their dealers pulling up to my home. They eventually got into an argument with one another and threatened to throw each other s items away. I had to record it due to the lack of respect. I had to constantly complain on Cheryl Myatt about her services. To the company it was a joke as the man came to my home on a holiday to see the repairs needed after going to court two months prior due to no repairs made. He mentioned that Cheryl was an headache inside the company I found it odd that they all spoke about each other in such ways. He told me I would no longer have to deal with her no more since she was causing so many problems. However she is who showed up to defend the company in court, followed by another man I ve never met claiming to be another company. That was also a problem by time I went to court I had several unsigned improperly written leases from multiple management company names. They also tried to claim damages that were ware and tare over six and half year period which is why repairs where mandatory. After the repairs I forgot to mention that July 4th when he came to see what repairs where needed he agreed no payments made until repairs are finished. (I did not get that in writing). They rushed all the outside repairs I took pics and vids of entire process. When they finished he sent me and email of the lease as I mentioned before it had they would not be responsible for any deaths due to any further repairs made. I was a little confused on how that made sense and asked when he pick up the rent that day if he could explain? He said if the lease wasn t signed by time he got there I would be evicted. I had lived in the home almost seven years and had already been on the market for a new rental due to the previous issues and concerns of the company s treatment. But unfortunately couldn t find a home to relocate. Even tho the judge tried to give more than the 7days since they didn t want to make any arrangements or accept payments or even admit to their prior verbal agreements. I was put into a homeless situation by a company who just bought my home of 7yrs. Cheryl Myatt smiled the entire time they moved my items. Pure evil.
