So breakfast was awesome, but that is all I can say. I stayed 3 nights on business. First night had ants all over my room and last people had left their dirty laundry that was not picked up. Instead of change my room they sent a guy in and he sprayed my room while I was in there.
Then they came and changed out the last people's laundry. No water pressure in the showers and ac was not cooling at all. Every night I would sit around a smash ants with my finger. Gave up trying to move. Plus for the price very disappointed.

I am a frequent traveler to Orlando and for the first time thought of staying in a resort hotel turned out to be a very bad choice , A the rooms are not well maintained, hotel staff are not trained properly . I have stayed for 6 nights , every morning the same person takes my order for breakfast I ask for water no ice she gets me with ice , when tell her I want with no ice she says oh am sorry I'll get again. This happens every morning believe me. The bar counter staff also the same issue .

Rooms : noise issue corridors are short and my building had kids and families staying there and the noise is crazy going on till 12 in the night, and I had informed them to change my building, or room they will tell informed security they will take care and we are completely full.

Gym equipment accessories are missing and no one is bothered.

Unless you are getting the rooms for a throw away price I suggest to stay out this place .

The hotel was absolutely disgusting. There was an unknown substance on the chair. The television did not work. There was hair on the bed sheets and the bathroom was horrific. I did not end up staying I took one look and went right back up to the front desk for a refund. It s sad to say this about the hotel because they lady at the front desk was very friendly. This place looks nothing like the pictures and to add onto that the room smelled like mold.

My experiences at the Wyndham Orlando Resort have always been during the CEO video game tournament/convention. Despite the commotion of the event, I've never had any problems with service or the quality of their rooms!

This wasn't a good experience , Wyndham ? Where ? Where ? First checking in was horrible , rude service and told me my card declined 5 times , I told them to try another register there's no problem w my card , of course that worked . Second room was disgusting dirty hardwood floors that made your feet dirty so we had to use a towel as a rug because there were no such things in the room , then let's get to the air and the bed sheets . The a/c had two different control units neither worked its was humid and muggy in our room and the a/c unit itself was so Loud you had to turn it up from working so hard to settle the noise down . The sheets felt wet because the room was so hot and muggy , hello we are in Florida people Orlando Florida one of the warmest places in Florida due to it being so inland . In June . The room smelt old and gross . Our door and our safety lock were both locked , woke up to an open door at 2 am from the high winds from TS COLIN . Like really ? Our door opened in the middle of the night so scary . Locks don't work . Top it off fire alarms started going off at 7 am , our thought either fire, tornado , hurricane something is coming right ?? Called front desk they had no idea of what was going on . Called me back and said it was a glitch , sorry . Ghetto hotel . Room 704? RUN .

Like this place but if you do not get a deluxe room the rooms are very claustrophobic one window that looks out to a wall there wasn't even pictures on the wall but if you book a deluxe room you'll get sliding glass doors and some natural light not complaining at all

Please read this review - Do not stay here - i reserved a 6 night stay here (threw Expedia) and had a check in time of 4:00 we drove from Michigan so expected to get here at 5:30 check in and go in for a nap but once we arrived we where disappointed when the lady said that our room was not ready yet & that there would be an extra charge of $18 a night that Expedia does not charge for wifi-parking-and pool and for us to take off that they will call us when our room was ready i asked how long do you think she said about 30 min so we just waited in the lobby we started noticing other families waiting and they told us that they where told the same thing but got there at 4:00 at 6:15 we asked again and where told to give them 10 minutes finally at 7:30 we got a room. we had to haul our luggage up stairs (no elevator) and once we got to the top the door was broke so we had to carry everything around to the other side to get in. once in our room we noticed it was very hot & our air didn't work so after complaining we did get a room change 2 days later the water pressure in the showers is like a mist- any way we left 2 days early and when i got home i checked my bank and they deducted $60 a day...

The Wyndham has come a long way over the past few years of renovations. Refreshed rooms, while inviting, are still lacking detail to attention reminding you that this is still the Wyndham. Patchy wifi that is insanely slow with poor coverage makes phone calls and anything beyond basic website loading a challenge. Hallways are stuffy and warm in an effort to save a buck. This used to be a fun venue to stay at, one with lovely atmosphere, but those days seem to have gone by the wayside with the rebranding and new management. Mich of building 13 smelled like poop for the 5 days we stayed. We were told this was due to an open sewer grate beside the building. Absolutely disgusting. This is clearly a known issue, why subject guests to this?

The location is perfect, close to everything!! The people were very nice. The sliding glass door to our balcony was extremely hard to open. The toilet had problems flushing, the ice machines were broken. The room could of used a little more tending to by housekeeping but overall, we had a nice stay

This property is amazing. Staff is as friendly as can be. The outside can fool you with the looks and beauty inside. I thank everyone their for all the hard week with the expo in. Absolutely loved the hotel.

After reading other reviews, I was hesitant to stay here. However, it was not even half as bad as the reviews say. We stayed in building 12, and the rooms looked and smelled clean. Maybe we had an updated room?

There was construction, but it did not interfere with our stay. Parking is only limited at night once everyone is back from the parks. Mind you, we are here between Christmas and New year, the busiest time of year.

There is one complaint though that is completely correct. The walls are so very thin. This can be a problem, depending on your neighbors. We can hear full discussions of our neighbors if we are both in your bathrooms. You can also hear house keeping, people talking in the hallway, and slamming of doors at all hours of the night. This is the only reason I can't give Wyndham a 5 star review.

All in all, the stay was nice. Slightly pricey for an average hotel room, but again, we are here during the busiest time of the year which spikes prices. Friendly staff.

Love the beautiful landscaping of the large property with a large and small pool and a large hit run with hot water which is unusual for most hotels. Large room that looks great even though they are not spring chickens. Helpful staff! The top floor of the two storey buildings was so much appreciated as it is quiet. Breakfast in the restaurant is definitely not my favourite but helpful staff. Will now be our home in Orlando for sure!

We were a little unimpressed. The rooms are small, the bathtubs are slippery and can use a handle bar, we were charged an additional $23/day resort fee on to what we paid online (but, hey that $23 covered the $10/day fee for wifi). We were in room 744 and could hear everything outside. (We were there on weeknights and it was still noisy.) The beds were clean and comfortable at least, and the hotel is in a good location for I-Drive activities. Food options and activities abound.

The facility is nice and centrally located. I stayed Friday and Saturday nights for a conference and my room was not cleaned Saturday, which is not a big concern but I had no coffee for Saturday morning. The coffee in the rooms is good but wish they did not serve Starbucks in the conference area(worst coffee in the world)!
There was a slight musty odor in the room and the other guest around me were smoking pot and left trash on the grounds and parking area from parting at night.
The pricing was good and could not believe the low prices at the bar! This was GREAT! Food and meeting rooms were wonderful and staff was friendly and helpful.

Honestly, this is nothing what I thought it would be. Rooms are tiny, bathroom is tiny, smells awful, no microwave in the rooms, and you can literally hear a conversation between people in other rooms. Dont waste your time, dont waste your money, go somewhere else. Only reason why I didn't give it a 1 star is because its right next to all the parks.

First I have to say the customer service is phenomenal, very helpful with all our needs.

The room, oh the room. We have a 1 1/2 year old with us... the floors were not cleaned. It was actually gross. Her socks were black. She dropped her pacifier on the floor from her crib, I saw lots of sticky spots when I searched for it. Of course I sanitized the paci before I have it back. The tub still had hairs in it from a previous person.

Other than that the beds were insanely hard, but that's whatever. The doors automatically slammed shut so everyone's around me did the same. I'm sure it's different in every building.

But everything else about the hotel was great. The resturants, the service. The people were friendly. We didnt complain while there, it was a busy time for them.

Basic clean room but had to call for them to fix TV and dead electrical outlet. They fixed quickly but should have been checked before I checked in. Pool area is nice but nothing to earn the name resort otherwise

I booked a room through priceline and once I arrived I was informed that there was a 22 dollar fee per night for resort fees. I no longer wanted to stay there, so I tried to cancel. If I cancelled I'll still would of been charged the full price of the stay, so I stayed. Got to the room and there's no microwave nor fridge, and bathroom was extremely small. Upon checkout I realized there was a charge for a drink on my bill. I disputed that since I've never ordered anything from them. They had me go to the restaurant to talk to the manager of the restaurant to get it waived, then we walked back to reception area to speak to the manager of the resort. Finally, they said that will take of it. Few days later once I got home they charge me that drink again. I had to call back again to get reimbursed. Worst experience of my life, would not recommend it to anyone. As a manager myself, I felt like the whole staff didn't care at all about the customer.

I Highly recommend this resort. The suite was very neat, clean and smelled lovely. The staff was very nice all around no matter at what time of the day and always with a wonderful smile. One particular person was super nice and very attentive this gentleman has worked with the resort for over 37 years, he attended us at the Gatorvill for breakfast. the best ever, I take my hat off to him with outstanding service which was and will always be highly appreciated. Stop by and tip him well, you'll know how I am talking about. On topic sorry I don't recommend any changes and I do advise you to stay at the Wyndham Orlando Resort. We travel alot we differently will return to this resort. P.S sign up for the Wyndham rewards app you get free resort nights and extra perks.ENJOY!

The outside, especially the courtyard and pool area, is lovely. The rooms leave a bit to be desired. The bathroom is too small, there's no microwave, and just basic cable. The drinks at the bar are overpriced. Luckily, there are many quality restaurants within easy walking distance.

After booking our room two months in advance, they had overbooked the hotel. When we first arrived the wanted to move us from a king premier to a 2 full bed room. After we explained it was our anniversary they got us into a king premier. The room it self was old. The bathroom was tiny. The sheets needed to be replaced as they had a stain in them. That took over an hour. There were large scratches in the floor and the matress itself had a big brown stain on the side. It also was so worries out you sank into the center. Aweful experience. We had booked three day but left after the first night.

Clean, beautifully property. Close to attractions. I would have given a five star but in the 3 nights that we stayed only one night had hot water. The other nights the water barely got warm.

Wish I was able to rate even lower. This has been an absolute NIGHTMARE at this hotel. I have never written a bad review but this place deserves one. Gave our king room away, absolutely no parking outside our building (asked an employee that was driving the golf cart around and he basically said too bad) so we had to walk 1/2 mile, and the employees were RUDE, screaming at other guests. I have never seen anything like it, I m disgusted. Our TV also did not work. Stay elsewhere.

If they weren't touching and moving all of my and girlfriend's stuff, they didn't make the bed or anything like that at all, location is not that convient, when you book online it tells you only 180$ for security deposit but when you get there you get told it's 280$ bc apparently it's 70$ a night for deposit, then when you get to the room there's a paper that says 40$ a night so which should be 160$. So I highly recommend staying anywhere but here

The first room they tried to give us was dirty. The bed was unmade, trash in the room. Just nasty. When I went back to the lobby to tell them the last acted as if i were lying. They gave us another room exactly like the first room except clean. My husband later received an email about our "upgraded" room free of charge. This place is a joke for all the money they charge.

Value and Location could not be beat. The new staff of this resort have updated the roofing and many of the facilities in the last ew months. Shuttle service was on time, safe, polite, clean. The rooms were thoroughly maintained by a friendly house keeping staff that had no trouble accommodating our odd hours or requests. Pool and landscaping were immaculate. Ground were truly garden-like. We ate at "Gatorville" the poolside bar, and found our food and beverages to be beyond our expectations! A lovely suprise nestled in the middle of the resort. The breakfast buffet offered an array of pastries, meats, eggs, fruits, and an omlette/waffle station. This is the best hotel in the International Drive area for the price. In fact, I would reccomend this resort over some of the park-affiliated hotels.

Below average stay. For one all of the hallways reaked like weed. They weren t offering housekeeping services due to covid which is understandable, however when we would ask a housekeeper for towels or toilet paper during our stay we were told we had to go to the front desk, where we waited in a mile long line just for them to tell us the housekeeper will bring it to us. Our sheets and towels were stained, the air conditioner was rusting and our friends air conditioner didn t even work. They had to send maintenance to fix it on our first night there. The pool area closes very early and the second it was time to close up the security guard (who was extremely rude) shut the hot tub off before we even had a second to step out of it. It literally took FOREVER to just check out on our last day. The one good thing about our stay was the bar. The drinks and food were both great and the bar tender was super nice. One of the pools was decent.

Avoid this place........came here on business, had stains on sheets, they double charged me on the room! How can it be possible that incompetent hotel chains offer jobs to people that really don't care about their job? Just don't understand?

It takes smart individuals to accommodate people that pay money for services or products to make those consumers happy. This Whyndham is one to stay away from and if management reads this contact me so that I can explain how much of a slack team of people you have working here.

My Family and I visited this Resort in July, so possibly it could be the time of the year, but it was WONDERFUL due to the lack of people!
Never were there more than 10 people at either of the 2 pools, which is a nice experience to me.
The beds were very comfortable and what WONDERFUL pillows, and LOTS of them.
The staff was also very very friendly.
I would recommend this Resort to any fellow FRIENDS and whoever is reading this with a Family!

It wasn't what I thought it was going to look like. Great location, but was disappointing to sleep in the rooms. Wasn't near the pools so no swimming for us. no microwave so I was turned off. Overall, I booked it so we stayed. They need to update the rooms. The workers were nice and easy to talk to.

Its a nice hotel but don t be fooled by the advertisements on the website, it s definitely not a resort...if you ve been to an actual resort you ll agree, in my opinion this place is just a high quality motel..also the ac barely works until night time.
