Worst consultancy,I never seen like this company.I got so much of problem for this.Do not go for this consultancy,I giving 1 rate that is also not suitable for this company.I recommending do not go for this company. There are irresponsible persons.I have worked on contractor in so many consultants but this type of consultancy never seen. Because this consultancy my career got risk. I suggesting guys do not accept this consultancy offers.

.I have worked with CBSI 1.8 years. Nice place to work. Every month i used to get a call from CBSI HR executive for feedback. Every member of HR team is very helpful. No salary issues. Overall good place to work.

Worst !!! If you will received offer letter also from this consultancy do't believe that you got job because it can be false. This happened with me. Not trustable . Be aware from this consultancy .

I have attained interview n dey said I hv been selected bt still nw dey didn't place me in job,,,,,, bt 2 week once I'll gt a cal just to say u hv been selected we ll let u know.

I was under the payroll of CBSI for more than a year and I had the best experience, they gave me the opportunity to work for a top notch investment bank in Bangalore. CBSI has very friendly & supportive management, also they response quick, gives timely updates / conduct monthly catches ups on discussing problems facing at client location. I never faced any issues.

Guys don't go for this company. Worst company in this world. My cousin attend interview and selected. After one week got confirmation call also for joining. After joining end of the day this bloody people said their president not ok so don't come from tomorrow.

I have worked here for 1 year and it is a very good company, tightly adhering to process, making it genuine.

I am with CBSI from 2 years and i am enjoying my work with the company. i came out of a project in 8 months and CBSI redeployment with another project immediatly. now its 2 years and i am happy that i get salary on time, benefits are given better than other consulting companys.

1. HR Team is supportive 2. Deals projects with MNC's like IBM, Infosys, Wipro, etc. 3. I worked with IBM 4. You can get good in hand salary. No variable pay, not much deductions.

Worst consultancy, don't spoil your carrier by joining here. I worked for their client for 7 months after that the project was over so client sent me to cbsi. but they are not ready to deploy me to another project. they asked me to resign the job immediately or stay in bench for two months without any salary till you get another project. then i started searching and got another job so i asked them to relieve immediately but they are threatening me and they were asked me to pay some money. finally i paid and got relieved from that consultancy.

I work under the payroll of CBSI. I dont have any issues when it comes to salary payment. Infact the collegues working with me under different payrolls are feeling jealous since they find very difficult with their companies in terms of payment dates.

CBSI doesn't have the proper Infrastructure and proper Bandwidth to conduct the Interview on certain Technologies, Literally they don't have a proper co-ordination and accountability on the interview process. None feels the responsibility, It's totally waste... AVOID CBSI...

Interview prospective..Heard its a very good consultancy but nothing professional just doing time pass and asking all to leave for the day.

Unfortunately I have to give 1 star here as I don't have option for ZERO or Minus available here. I must say worst ever company, you have to struggle a lot for getting your earned salary. They will change there policies every now and then without intimating you and neither they will share any policy document. HR will start fighting with you if ask for your salary. If you have variable component in your salary then forget to get it they will not give you a single penny. Even your leaves they will eat without any reason by simply changing some new policy. Overall f***ing company.

Initially, I was little worried while accepting CBSI offer, by reading some reviews about CBSI, but i was completed 2 years in CBSI, without any issue. It is a very good company. PF Department is very bad. Firstly they will update wrong date on pf exit date. Than if you want to contact them to correct, PF team will reply after getting 6 or more mails and but will not resolve the issue. Such a bad pf employment. They were not able to correct the exit date in 4 months. What can we expect with them???????

CBSI is the one of the best firm which gives immense platform irrespective of the technologies. The response from HR and payroll team is very prompt, they are very supportive and friendly. Moreover the policies will be beneficial to an employee's, I had been under the payroll around 4 years never had any issues. I'm fortune and pleasure to be part of CBSI family.

If you take interview for candidates if they completed all rounds do not tell that will inform you the updated later, if you say like that please tell the feedback to that particular candidate whatever maybe it is positive or negative. Because candidates will have trust and hope form the company that you guys will share the feedback and you guys won't respond for the calls which are you shared in the portal, eMail and website I attended interview a month ago till now I haven't get any update from you guys please don't do like this further....... Please don't join this company, they won't take care of you. They will think only from their end. They made me to resign from previous company and deployed me in one company. However, only after two month that company released me for not having project. Then CBSI gave me two options either be on bench for two months without salary or we will release you immediately. I am yet to decide what shall I do coz both ways itz my loss, 2 months without salary is cruel JOKE and two months experience is not any good thing also. So guys please think 1000 times!
