I have given one star as there is no option as zero or lower. Unprofessional team never acknowledge to email receipt when you want some things. Even send multiple reminder incase first or second email miss. I will give five star to finance team as they do their job excellent on time with proper communication.

I have worked with CBSI more than 2 years. Nice place to work. Friendly staff. No salary issues.

Good place to get job...i got chance to work in MNC company under payroll of CBSI.. good response from CBSI.

very pathetic service from CBSI. You cant leave the organization even after completing your so called notice period.
These HR people are so worst and pathetic. dont even know how to count days.

Hi,

I am a Job seeker. On Aug 10, CBSI India Pvt. Ltd., had approached me a for a Job Opportunity with WIPRO on C2H basis. Since I was looking for a job actively, I gave my consent for the interview. I had 2 rounds of interview with WIPRO, one telephonic and one F2F at Wipro Hyderabad location. The F2F was completed on Aug 23 2018 and on the same day I was told that I have been selected for Wipro for Information Security Profile for Chennai Location.
They collected all my documents that were needed for onboarding. Post that they said my offer will be released by Aug 27 2018. Nothing happened. I had been actively following up on my offer, and CBSI went on giving me lot of different reasons. At first they said Wipro is doing BGV, then they said the Rate Card approval is yet to come. This went on till Aug 30 2018. On Aug 30 2018, CBSI called me and said that the offer is getting rolled out on Sept 4 2018 and I need to be in Chennai on Sept 5 2018 for onboarding. They said the onboarding will be at the Guindy Campus and my work location will be at Sholinganallur campus.

On Sept 4 2018, CBSI tells me that the Wipro Client for whom I was selected, is now closing the project and they don't need me. CBSI said they are trying to place me in some other project at Wipro. On Sept 5 2018, they said, that Wipro hired another resource from another vendor. Then one of the managers called me and said that he fought for me with the management and that I will be onboarded On Sept 10 2018. Based on that I booked my tickets for Sept 9 2018 to Chennai. On Sept 6 , I called this manager at CBSI, and asked that I am waiting for my offer and other details as I am starting on Sept 9, 2018.
Then i got the shock of my life, this guy said and I quote " ... Carryon with other oppurtunities..Patience is important..We have so many things to get approvals..if you want please wait or else your wish .. ".

This incident has caused a lot of distress to me. CBSI has simply CHEATED me. I checked some other reviews then on Google, and I found there were other candidates so also faced the same situation.

Please Please Please do not waste ur time with this company. They will wasted ur time and money. And also upon further inquiry, i got to know that they also do not pay salaries on time. A Total Fraud COmpany.

Very good company.Nice experience with CBSI.i was working around 10 months with cbsi after client take contract to hire.Thanks for CBSI for giving this opprtunity.

Nice place to work on and great opportunities been provided. good career growth can be seen over working with CBSI INDIA. I suggest everyone to have a good platform through CBSI with many of their clients.
