I m just watching your truck and driver going 80 mph on I-680 weaving between cars without signaling. Nice work guys. I wonder how dangerous you are on the job.

My "go-to" place for signs in Omaha is Omaha Neon. My sales & service rep. Rod has always been prompt, professional, and he always addresses my needs and concerns. Their quality and service is excellent!

I do not like to leave negative reviews but I feel like I have been taken advantage of. I wish I would have worked with a company that was professional and honest. I am posting this in hopes that others do not have to go through this hassle.

My studio is normally not open during the day but I was working in my office when Omaha Neon arrived and I don t think they knew I was there. I called them to fix my sign because it looked like it was coming loose and the job took them about 20 minutes.

I was confused when I got billed for 3 hours of work. so I emailed them. Jessica in billing said they charge for travel? We are both in Omaha and we are
located about 20 minutes away so I don t feel that 3 hours is right. I emailed her again and no reply. I emailed her asking if she got my email a few days later... no reply. I called to speak to the manager and I have left Ron Lange two messages and still no call back. It s been a few weeks. Not sure what s going on with this company.

Seriously who doesnt figure out how to come early enough to reserve room for your big truck?? Dont block a busy parking garage in the middle of downtowm during the lunch hour. Yall are literally right in the middle of the enterence hello anybody thinking over there?

Use your heads! Dont block the enterence to a parking garage in downtown omaha during the day.

Horrible customer service and they will lie. If you shop the competition, you will find the competition is on average 30% less. Overall horrible experience.

This company will not come through if your a small business. You will get the run around and they will lie to you.

Wow from start to finish Omaha Neon was perfect! If I could give 10 stars I would. I was told by the first company Neon signs were outdated, over priced and just not what I wanted. I talked to Pedro at Omaha Neon and he said no way I know exactly what you want and it will he amazing. I was skeptical after the other company already had wasted 4 weeks of my time but I had to trust him. I am so glad I did and today the most amazing signed showed up! Thank you Omaha Neon for making my Club Infinity sign perfect for me.

Fast, professional work at a very fair price! My classic neon beer sign was damaged in our move for the third time. Omaha Neon Sign not only fixed it, but customized it, all for less than I had paid for a single repair at another company, and in half the time. I highly recommend this organization!!!.

The salesman was the issue. Not pleased....
We were suppose to get our sign Nov 28
And it kept getting backed up further and further because another job was more important and they had our down payment. Left a message on Dec 15...No response, to find out later our salesman was no longer there and had never turned in our permit (which meant another 8 weeks) The problem was fixed and in a timely manner with what they had to deal with. Pleased with my sign and (billing) Mary took care of everything. Thanks Mary

Pedro and the crew at Omaha Neon were amazing to work with. This was my first time working with them, but they came highly recommended and I was so impressed with how responsive and reasonable they were that I didn't even look elsewhere for competitive bids once we received their proposal and drawings. They gave us multiple options on our company's new outdoor backlit sign until we were completely happy and it turned better than I ever could have expected. Pricing was reasonable, the installation was easier than I could have imagined, and the sign looks beyond fantastic. The installation crew was friendly, respectful of our neighboring businesses, and very efficient despite the frigid weather. I would highly recommend Omaha Neon to anyone looking for an efficient, professional, and quality building sign company to work with in the area.

Have spent at least $200k with this company. Sent an email October 30th for a job that had to be done by the end of the year. I could have used a National vendor as well, but we always choose to go with the local company. They now are telling me that they cannot get the job done. Tell me nothing can be done. I lose out on at least $10k in incentives because of their complete lack of communication. My companies will NEVER use these guys again! Completely unacceptable way to run a business. They clearly do not care for their customers.

I ordered some yard signs to advertise my business and they turned out great! Great quality at an affordable price. The service was fantastic. 10/10 recommend for any signage needs.
