John Caffray and Brady Gardner were both beyond helpful throughout the entire purchasing experience. They were extremely knowledgable in all aspects of commercial realty, and showed concern for our needs throughout every phase of the purchase. They definitely went above and beyond. Thank you!!

If you expect a response on a property they have listed, don't hold your breathe. Most unresponsive realty or property company I have ever dealt with. If you are thinking of listing with them, don't bother. They will drive away potential buyers by not responding to them at all. Starts at the top with Barry and Brad through their entire organization. It is the culture of this company.

Completely miserable experience trying to rent com...

Completely miserable experience trying to rent commercial space from these guys who really had next to no interest in renting the space! (50k per year)
Mr. Struges NEVER returned a phone call (of dozens and dozens) and his assistant, who at first apologized profusely for him, was in fact just as bad and never did anything either.
Our FIRST question was if there were any restricting covenants from other tenants that would keep us out.
They assured us that was not a problem
4 months later after multiple back and forth proposals their last one came back granting us what we wanted but NOW with a "no sandwich making" clause due to Jimmy Johns contractual restriction.
Bleeping idiots. Stay far away.!!
